Overpriced service. They broke my car remote while attempting to change a battery the last time I came in. The remote was working until I took it to service. I only had a notification in the car sayin attempting to change a battery the last time I came in. The remote was working until I took it to service. I only had a notification in the car saying low battery. When they took it to change the battery, they said the keyless remote does not work. How can it not work when I just used it to bring the car for service! The lady who handled my service just said " these remotes go bad" and I need to spend a few hundred dollars getting a new one. Frustrating. More

Michael Bryant was an excellent sales representative, and proved himself very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He was over the top in being non-pushy but seemed genuinely conc proved himself very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He was over the top in being non-pushy but seemed genuinely concerned that I receive the best possible deal, bot h on the release of my old vehicle, and in the purchase of the new car. He rode with us (my son accompanied me) on the test drive and explained the workings of the vehicle itself. I still have difficulty in setting the cruise control, but know I will be able to do it more efficiently in the future. The other people referenced, were fairly peripheral and I did not have an opportunity to fully assess their contribution. More
