I was told that it was my spark plugs. Paid $150 and then went and bought spark plugs and had my husband placed them. The service department personnel were very friendly and immediately attentive upon my arrival. The were polite and informative as well. Then a second sales rep called me told him if I bought would be straight out with no trade, He then informed me I would have to pay an extra 1000 bucks with no trade needless to say I didnt buy the car!!!
