When they finally figured out what was wrong with my car and called me, they gave estimate and informe that one part wouldn't be in for a week. Called back next morning and said one part was wrong. Bad news part would cost a little more, but good news part could be in next day. Call late next day and part not in so have to wait over weekend to see if it comes in Monday. Got call Monday morning part is in, so I asked when it would be ready. Was told it would be ready around 4 which was to late for me since I had to be in Stillwater at 2:30 and would leave about 3 with an elderly gentleman. I called Tuesday morning and was told that my car that was supposed to be ready Monday around 4 still wasn't ready. I was then told it should be ready around 11:30 then as we finished talking was told noon. I was at the mercy of my son to get there to get my car. We showed up about 11:30 and were told it would be another 30 minutes. After that 30 minutes we were then told there had been a problem so it would be another hour. What could I do but wait, I wasn't leaving without my car that I had been told would be ready the day before around 4. Then it cost around $500 more than the estimate. Not sure I will be happy to return.
