It was totally disgusting. Almost every word from the guy was a lie. I highly recommend to him that he'd better learn how to do paperwork more honestly rather than lie to his customers. I highly recommend that, BE ALARMED when you do your financial paperwork with their financial team at Barry-Sanders Honda at Stillwater. The agent may pretend to be hurry and push you do the paperwork very quickly, so as to make you careless on your paperwork. It might follow that you have already paid a huge amount that you did not desire at all. If I may recommend to the young guy at Barry Honda financial team, I highly recommend that he'd better do paperwork more honestly and reliably rather than lie to his customers. YOU are never good at lying to your customers. BE HONEST and FAIR to your customers! I hope not to visit him maybe, Barry Honda ever again! If Barry Sanders Honda wants to keep succeeding in your business, please be reliable to your customers at least for the financial paperwork. Barry sanders Honda really helped me! I wanted a CR-V that they didn't have. So they found one for me! During this process they kept in contact with me tell me every step that was happening! The customer service there is much better then the last place I bought a car. Everyone greeted me with such kindness! Even opened the door ever time I went in or out! I went at the end of the month so they really wanted me to buy a car. I agree with the other reviewer, they are a bit shady, but they are friendly when they want you money. Even before the bank got the paper work they said I had to make the first payment to them, they called and left messages, I called the bank who said that I didn't have make a payment the dealership my first payment would go to them. After I called and told them this, I had to leave a message because everyone was too busy to talk to me the phone calls stopped. After some other issues I finally got the paperwork in July that I needed to get my tags and the date stamped on it was May 3, way over the 30 day limit for tags. I then had to pay a large amount of late fees for my tags and they refuse to reimburse any of it.I had been warned by a friend that their service after you buy the car is not that great. She had bought her van there and it had ac issues. She took it to get fixed they said they fixed it charged her a ridiculous amount of money and sent her on her way.Less than a week later it was acting up again so she took it back, same story they said they fixed it and charged her again. It is still acting up. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
