Barry sanders Honda really helped me! I wanted a CR-V that they didn't have. So they found one for me! During this process they kept in contact with me tell me every step that was happening! The customer service there is much better then the last place I bought a car. Everyone greeted me with such kindness! Even opened the door ever time I went in or out! I recommend going to this Honda store they were very fair with the prices and even made sure that I got oil changes for less!! I truly thank them for all that they have done for me! More
I went at the end of the month so they really wanted me to buy a car. I agree with the other reviewer, they are a bit shady, but they are friendly when they want you money. I bought a used car from them and they took weeks to turn in the paperwork. Even before the bank got the paper work they said I had to make the first payment to them, they called and left messages, I called the bank who said that I didn't have make a payment the dealership my first payment would go to them. After I called and told them this, I had to leave a message because everyone was too busy to talk to me the phone calls stopped. After some other issues I finally got the paperwork in July that I needed to get my tags and the date stamped on it was May 3, way over the 30 day limit for tags. I then had to pay a large amount of late fees for my tags and they refuse to reimburse any of it.I had been warned by a friend that their service after you buy the car is not that great. She had bought her van there and it had ac issues. She took it to get fixed they said they fixed it charged her a ridiculous amount of money and sent her on her way.Less than a week later it was acting up again so she took it back, same story they said they fixed it and charged her again. It is still acting up. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Great experience, Michael was very friendly and helpfutl, not the average hurry up and buy, high pressure salesperson. Spencer in finance was easy to, did not try to force me to finance with them, told then not the average hurry up and buy, high pressure salesperson. Spencer in finance was easy to, did not try to force me to finance with them, told then I had finances covered and he did not even pull the old "let me pull your credit anyways" game. Both Spencer and Michael were up front and honest. Only problem was that they sales manager refused to give me a full tank of has even though it clearly states on the website that vets get full tank, and this was pointed out to him, he still refused. Overall, it was a good experience, so don't buy the whole "vet-reps" whole vet-reps" gimmick, but do consider buying a car here. More
