The actual car service is perfectly fine, however after just an oil change I have been bombarded with calls and emails from both the dealership and 3rd parties. My salesman was awesome! He was so genuine and really made me feel comfortable dealing with him and the team. This dealership did more than they had to and even without me asking! I was shown vehicles specifically out of my budget. Was treated and talked down to like a child... maybe because I’m a young woman. I asked for tire roatation and alignment but my car is still out of align treated and talked down to like a child... maybe because I’m a young woman. Expierence Would have been great if other employees didn’t jump in on the deal and the terms were upheld. I got a great car at a good deal but will most likely not buy from here again due to the hassle and disorganization overall. More
