Simple transaction. My wife and I have been looking into getting a Honda Pilot for several years now. So there really wasn't an "on lot" shopping experience because we on My wife and I have been looking into getting a Honda Pilot for several years now. So there really wasn't an "on lot" shopping experience because we only wanted to look at one vehicle on the lot. So on that note it would have been nice if their had been more to look at in the model we were interested in but they can't afford to overstock so I understand. Since we already knew what we wanted it was really just a matter of confirming that the vehicle fit our needs. It did so we continued to look at the numbers. Everything in that realm look reasonable so we made a deal. Pretty cut and dry. They were busy with several sales all at once so it look longer than we expected but that wasn't anyone's fault. Overall it went well. More

My car was not ready to go when I got there to pick it up. They hadn't created a ticket which surprised me because I dropped my car off Friday for my appointment and picked it up Monday afternoon. when I up. Liers. I went to get my ac fixed with a new compressor. They told me it was fixed and ac is working now. Soon as I get to my car, literally within 20 mins, nothing changed. Ac still didn't work. Went back They told me it was fixed and ac is working now. Soon as I get to my car, literally within 20 mins, nothing changed. Ac still didn't work. Went back inside to let them know. They then tell me that's it's something else not the compressor. I could've accepted that if they hadn't already told me the ac was working. Then a lady tells me that the ac must've stopped working while it sat (20mins) in the parking lot because the mechanic did test it before he drove it outside. YEA RIGHT! THEY ARE THE WORST AND COMPLETELY SCREWS WOMEN. More
