Hello, I want to apologize for any misunderstanding as my expectation for my team is to be fully transparent. After you and I visited following the sale, I thought there was a clear understanding of the numbers. Just to recap, the numbers did match up to what was signed and we did apply the Honda rebate. Upon preparing the car for delivery, there was a nail in the tire that my team brought to my attention. There was a few minute delay, as that tire was being replaced vs repaired and I apologize again for the delay. I apologize for the miscommunication on your key and history for your Honda Element. I was asked to have your history printed and it is on my desk but I had not seen you yet to have your key programmed. Unfortunately it has to be programmed to the vehicle for it to start. I apologize this was not communicated to you when you purchased the vehicle We are available to perform this repair when it is convenient for you to come in. This process will only take about 45 minutes or less and we will have you out with a new key programmed for your vehicle. As far as finance, I will be more than happy to leave a message on the managers desk for them to follow up with you on the paperwork.

I apologize you had a less than excellent experience. We do perform a follow up phone call to ensure all of our customers have the best experience in our facility. We use this information to learn ways to improve and provide the best service possible. We don't use a third party to perform quality control phone follow up here at our facility. We have an employee that works directly with me to perform these services. Any third party call does not come from us.
