The price on the website is NOT the price the give you. It is doubled the price. They just want a cut for their own satisfaction whether you have your own bank or not. It’s clear it is a family owned business. Also, the salesman Raul was not helpful. He was on his phone while I was looking at cars and was not attentive. Save your money and time and go to a much professional dealership! More
Worst dealership I've encountered in my life Out of all the dealerships I've been to and the 6 cars I have bought over the last couple of years, I have never had a worst experience then the one I Out of all the dealerships I've been to and the 6 cars I have bought over the last couple of years, I have never had a worst experience then the one I'll detail below. I had emailed and called to inquiry about a vehicle. My commute to this dealership was going to be a little over 2 hours so I wanted to get all my questions out the way first and got all my questions answered by one of the salesmen and the secretary Jenny (these two were great provided extremely professional and very helpful customer service) Now the bad: I had told 2 different people that I had already gotten my pre-approval for financing through my own bank. I was then told to apply on their website for financing. I decided to go ahead and do that and worst case scenario I could just compare the rates to my own pre-approval. A few days past and no one emailed me or called me. Whenever I would call, I'd be given the run around and eventually I got put on the line with their finance manager/general manager (this is the guy you don't want to talk to and the reason why you need to avoid this business all together) This manager would not let me get 2 words in without jumping in and cutting me off or speaking over me. He constantly yelled over me and stated I didn't get a call because they could not approve me through their partnered banks. I explained that I already had my own financing secured and already told 2 other people this a few days ago and wanted to know the final price of the truck out the door including taxes and all other fees (because the sales guy had told me they could go lower on price) He refused to tell me and things just got uglier from there. Eventually, I was blatantly hung up after I repeadedly asked what his name was. I called back again and again asking to speak to anyone else but at this point the secretaries answering the phones continued to patch me to this same manager who proceeded to curse me out and tell me the truck was no longer for sale or already sold. At one point one of the secretaries apologized to me and told me there was no one above this manager and they didn't want to get fired from there jobs so they had to do what they were told and wished me a nice day. Look at the negative reviews of this place and take your business elsewhere. More

Bait and Switch As has already been said in another review, I came to the dealership looking for a car that was advertised for 17,000, but after two visits, when I wa As has already been said in another review, I came to the dealership looking for a car that was advertised for 17,000, but after two visits, when I was ready to move forward on the car, they changed the price to "MSRP", which was actually 29,000 (original, new MSRP on this vehicle). A huge increase in price that they attempted to justify by saying they were "not legally allowed to sell it less than MSRP" and that it would cost what they advertised it for AFTER I PAID THEM THE DIFFERENCE. So after I pay them the almost 12k "MSRP" markup, it would then cost 17k. The logic behind this is astounding and I would recommend staying clear from this dealership because there is no clarity or honesty. More
