Current management is a step up from 2019. 3 years ago I swore from setting my foot there ever again, and my rating would have been a 1 star. It is now a place where I can go to for routine maintenance, tire balance, etc. But the diagnostics of a randomly occurring problem - that doesn't seem to be their cup of tea. I took my car there after an engine stall in slow traffic. I got a perfunctory routine check and was told everything is fine. Once at home, i got a much more detailed analysis and sensible advice from Grok. More
