I’ll start off by saying that I despise the car buying process. That said, I couldn’t recommend this dealership, and more specifically Savan (the salesperson I worked with), to a higher degree. He acted in a very consultative manner, there was never any pressure applied, and he was extraordinarily responsive to questions I had. I would never pretend to think I am an easy customer to work with when it comes to cars - to his credit Savan understood what my frustrations were with the stereotypical car buying process and went out of his way to insure a better experience for me. I would not hesitate to go back to Savan and 495 Mazda at any point in the future. I know he is relatively new to this dealership and I believe they are lucky to have him - he is a great representative and the type of employee I would want on my own teams. Huge kudos to Savan and the full team of employees (including the finance manager - Chris). More
