Brought my car in because the engine was making a loud noise. I appreciated the video inspection and estimates sent via text. It was very convenient. Jonathan was very thorough in explaining each item and very accommodating in helping me fix one problem first and re-check the engine before working on the next thing since the total cost was a lot. He kept me informed as soon as there were any updates. I really appreciated this. When it took longer than anticipated, they set me up with a loaner.
