I went to the dealership on Saturday and drove off in the new car (plates/registration ect) on Monday. The Lannan staff had all of my paperwork ready for signature and delivered my car a day early. The model was so new that they didn't even have a leasing plan, but they negotiated one (a very decent one) for us without delay. We didn't get a discount (they are a bit on the stingy side :) but managed to convince us that the car is competitively priced and it is worth every penny. 6 months after the lease of my CX-5 I am still very happy with the car. If I am back on the market for a new car, I wouldn't check any other dealership. More

I had a pretty specific limit and Bryce worked with me to make sure I did not exceed that Mazda while working out the deal for the car I purchased. I felt the same ease working on the finance side if things with Barbara, who didn't just try and force me into something that would get the company more money. This was my first real car buying experience and definitely the first on my own and it feels good knowing I didn't get pressured into a bad deal or pay too much or anything. I know I'll strongly consider going back to this dealership for future purchases and will definitely getting my car maintenance done there. Only thing I could even consider as being "negative" would be the amount I got for my trade in, but I also understand the business so it wasn't that worrisome. More
This being my first car purchase I was skeptical at first to show up to any dealership dreading the expected push from the sales people. Actually I did not even realize there was a Mazda dealership in Lowell. I am so glad I happened to come across this gold mine of a dealership out there in the dealership world. This dealership does not play games, is not a high pressure cooker of a place. They deal with straight talk, are very fair and friendly. It feels as though you are in the midst of a friendly caring family. I was greeted at my first visit there by a Salesman named John Bonner. John was very professional with full knowledge of the Mazda products. John was able to answer all my questions, was friendly, no pressure. John sold me on the product and the dealership. I dealt with six Mazda dealerships in my quest for my new vehicle and it would actually be closer for me to go to another dealership, but I had such a good experience with this dealership that I went back there and will more than likely have all my service done there as well. My wife does not go to dealership; does not like that scene and does not even test drive the vehicles we purchase. She just tells me what color she wants. My wife had to come down just to sign papers and to my amazement told me after that she would even be tempted to come to the dealership herself to purchase a vehicle. We signed all the paperwork with the Sales Manager Anthony Scenna who was also friendly and professional and even when I came back for the delivery, came over to say hello - Again that family atmosphere. During delivery, john greeted me and while he was gathering some of the paper work, not only did John offer me coffee, but other sales folks said good to see you again, "Can I get you something to drink?" Most sales people only focus on their own customers, but not here - how refreshing! I was surprised to find out my car was actually in the showroom. John thoroughly went over the vehicle for this delivery. I was taken around the dealership and introduced to the parts department, introduced to the Service Manager; who was a hoot! Then you actually drive your vehicle out of the showroom - wow, this is outside the box! I have purchased a few vehicle in my time and would have to say this was the best experience I have ever, ever, had purchasing a vehicle. I hope you all at Lannan Mazda dealership know what a good job and entire product you offer. If you are in the market, please check them out. you won't be disappointed. Searching for a new (used) car was a daunting undertaking. Fortunately a male friend came with me. We visited several dealerships in New Hampshire as well as Massachusetts and talked with several undertaking. Fortunately a male friend came with me. We visited several dealerships in New Hampshire as well as Massachusetts and talked with several sales people. This dealership, however, outshone them all! It was the most clean and inviting, the staff pleasant and helpful, and the office space did not feel claustrophobic or cluttered. When I went in on Monday to sign all the paperwork and pick up my new car, I was delightfully surprised to see that they had posted my name with a thank you on a large white board in front of the receptionist desk – nice touch guys! Our sales representative, John Bonner, was by far the warmest sales rep we spoke to. We sensed a genuineness about him that we did not with the others and immediately felt like we were dealing with a man who was honest and had integrity. Moreover, he seem interested in us and we in no way sensed that we were “prey” being eyed by a vulture (Imagery used by kim.oliveira.12 in her review about how most sales reps make customers feel. She’s so right!) He took care of every detail, clearly and slowly (I did not feel the least bit rushed). He took me out to the car and went over everything again. He explained the administrative process, the documents I’d need to sign and what was required of me so that there were no surprises. Although I dreaded having to visit dealerships to look for a car, the staff at this dealership made the whole experience pleasant and easy! Mazda also saved me a lot of time by taking care of the registration, inspection, and insurance transfer – eliminating my having to run over to the RMV and my insurance company! What a convenience to have it all done right there on the spot. All I had to do was sign some papers and drive my new car home! I highly recommend this Mazda dealership and I highly recommend sales representative, John Bonner. More
I gotta say this is one of the best experiences I have had when dealing with a car dealership. I do not have a Mazda (yet!) but I broke down nearby and Roger was outstanding. I expect good service departments to be busy and yet taking the time to let me know when and what they were doing for me was special. I would recommend to anyone, even if you do not have a Mazda, to utilize a facility such as this and ask for Roger. Maybe you will even contemplate buying a Mazda if your car has extensive issues. While I was there I spoke with Elliott and John Bonner and both were not typical sales people. They were interested why I was there but did not force themselves on me as you get at most places. Service Dept gets an A+! More
