I, like everyone else here, was in the market for a new car. I at first tried to see if I could get financed for a new Mazda 3 but I was not expecting much since of a poor credit score. Even then Mrs. Barbara worked some magic and had me approved for a really beautiful Used Mazda 6 with extremely low mileage. Through out the whole sale experience they were very low pressure and they did not stop with the great customer service until I was satisfied and off the lot with my new car. Its been a few weeks since then but I am overall extremely impressed and would defiantly purchase from them again. I used to be a big Toyota fan but after the recent experience with them I think the Lannan Mazda team has won me over. Alex was amazing answering any and all questions for me via e-mail. He even went on to provide pictures of cars I was interested in that were not even on the website. John was the man I worked with once I came in person to look at the cars and throughout the whole experience it was pleasant and very fun. We cracked quite a few jokes while the paper work and test drives happened and I really liked that. Never once did they try to hardball me or try to slide the sale in. When the time comes for me to trade in the Mazda I have now and I am looking for a new car. Lannan will be my 1st choice for sure. More

We both planned on testing out 2 other crossover SUVs that day, and making a decision later that night or over the weekend. Anthony was very professional and respectful of our decision to shop. Instead of coming over and getting back into the money talks, he came over just to say, 'Thank you for stopping in. But if you could come back and give us the last try/word, we'd appreciate it.' Needless to say, after going to some very average dealers, we went back to Lannan -- and we're so happy that we did. Great trade-in value for my truck. Great cost for a brand new CX5. And most of all, a truly great experience from a couple of friendly, professional car specialists. Do yourselves a favor: bypass other dealers and just head over to Lannan for a no-hassle experience. I would never buy another car again from any Lannan dealership again. They only gave me one key with no remote and its not even the key that came with the car from the factory and when I asked for anot dealership again.
