During my visit, Dave showed me the cars we identified and explained the features and benefits of each. I did not feel pressure one way or another as he helped me select the vehicle of my choice. Throughout my visit, I felt confortable and appreciated. The pricing is very fair, straightforward, and without the nasty tricks many car dealers pull. Dave even called me a few days after the sale to see how I was doing with the new car and to offer any assistance in learning the new features. When we returned, Dave got our requirements and was able to find a car that met them within a day or so. We also found a very clean used vehicle (for my son) and we proceeded to work out a deal. Barbara worked out financing plans that were excellent and we are now proud owners of 2 vehicles from Lannan Mazda. I researched a lot about the Mazda 3 and was somewhat looking forward to trying one out even though I do not like the whole car buying experience. I had to bring my car back to get cleaned and to get a sticker and also to get another key made and he was always there to make sure I was comfortable and there was nothing I needed. What a fantastic experience! We had decided which pre-owned car we were interested in before we found Lannan Mazda, but they had the best price online. The dealership made a big deal out of making us feel welcome buy posting our names with a big welcome on their sandwich board and being very friendly. The test drive was a full on-and-off highway route and we never felt rushed into making a decision. We had our two toddlers with us and they were very accommodating about testing out their car seats and trying out all the buttons and gadgets inside the car. The best part of the whole experience was going to pick up the car. They had it cleaned up and waiting in the showroom with a huge thank you sign at the entrance to the building. I really felt like a star as I drove it off the showroom floor. We have already recommended this dealership to others and will be returning when we need a new car. More

We were greeted with bottles of water and invited to check out the Mazda 3 in the showroom while the salesman finished with another customer. They were busy, so we left and came back an hour later. Pleasant test drive together, and we were ready to discuss price. No hard sell, very open and relaxed. We mentioned our daughter had her Mazda serviced there, and he looked her up on the computer records, saying if she shared our address then we were eligible for Mazda's owner loyalty discount ($500). We agreed on a price easily, and were done in about an hour total. Most pleasant car purchase I have ever had. Three days later I came in to do the paperwork for the loan and registration, and pick up the car. I spoke to the business manager on the phone before coming in so everything was ready when I arrived. I pulled out in my beautiful new car, with a full tank of gas, just 15 minutes after arriving.
