Dave was continuously trying to talk us into a different car just to get a sale, even though we had already done our research and taken test drives elsewhere, which we told him promptly upon arrival. I would first like to say that I have never purchased a car before. Having had recently come into the position of a new job, I found myself in the market for a new car. I chose to come to this dealership b car before. Having had recently come into the position of a new job, I found myself in the market for a new car. I chose to come to this dealership based off of a recommendation that a friend had for me. That friend purchased a car from this dealership off of someone's recommendation to him. And the person who recommended him to go to this dealership was also recommended by one of her friends. With such positive feedback from an indirect number of people, it would have been silly to not give it a go. I managed to set up an appointment immediately, only an hour in advance; if I just showed up on the lot, there probably wouldn't have been any wait either! The salespeople have an eye for focus on the customer and will bend over backwards and do cartwheels to ensure that you walk away highly satisfied with the interaction. Each person who works here is super energetic and are all extremely passionate about what they do. The financing process was extremely swift. Personally, I want to call out Elliot for being an amazing person. His efforts to make sure that you're happy transcends any expectations that you might have; if I could rate him a 7/5 stars, I would. He has been with Mazda for over a decade and knows exactly what he was doing. He knows and understands the driving factors of service and applies them. He is unlike any assumption you might have of a salesperson. Everyone here is as friendly as can be, the pricing is perfect, the office is immaculate and the service center is even more so (seriously, it's beautiful, you don't even have to ask to see it - it's right there in sight, and it adds another level to this dealership), and overall, I am very highly satisfied. Lannan Mazda in Lowell is great. From the people who work there to the cars they sale. Everyone was wonderful, friendly, including the receptionist. I med John the week prior to buying my car yesterday. He was patient, took time to talk to me and show me all the cars that fit the cirtia I was looking for, especially in my price range. I did go to a few other dealers even put an offer in at one but they where slow to responsed and not too willing to work within my price range. Lannan was the first Mazda dealer I went to so I called John back, made an appt he met with me within a half hour. I knew the car I wanted. He spent a lot of time with me and we made the deal. I am very happy with the car. John is great, never pressured me, was very patient. From slecting my car, buying it, going through the paper work process was so fast and easy. Very efficient dealership. John walked me around to intruduce me to the key people. All Great people, love John, really nice guy.
