I went to the Lannan Mazda dealership in Lowell, MA knowing nothing of the dealership, knowing only that I was interested in a Mazda CX-5. When I asked that I wanted to do a test drive, I was introduc knowing nothing of the dealership, knowing only that I was interested in a Mazda CX-5. When I asked that I wanted to do a test drive, I was introduced to Elliot Hersh. Mr. Hersh was friendly, asked good questions and was genuinely interested in what I wanted to get out of the experience. Mr. Hersh was also very knowledgeable and told me what I needed to know about the car. When we got down to "brass tax", they were quick to give me their best offer, which I thought was fair. Once I accepted the offer, the process of actually completing the transaction and driving out of the lot with my new car was fairly seamless. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Lannan Mazda in Lowell, MA. I recommend the dealership as a whole and also recommend you specifically ask for Mr. Elliot Hersh to help you. More

My girlfriend came into Lannan Mazda having visited 4 other Mazda dealerships in MA. She was shopping for a smaller SUV since her last one was an MDX. Sam and Anthony were nothing but accommodating in th other Mazda dealerships in MA. She was shopping for a smaller SUV since her last one was an MDX. Sam was very attentive and patient in listening and responding to her every question (there were probably 1,000 of them!). I entered the Lannan Mazda dealership after having been to several others looking for a CX5. As I walked in the door and was greeted by Kenny Janson, my car buying experience soon became the best one ever to several others looking for a CX5. Kenny negotiated my trade,and was able to locate the exact type of car I was looking for . It was such a pleasure to not have to deal with pressure to buy immediately, nor pressure to add on extras to the car, nor be asked to sit down with the financial manager to "talk deals and prices". When I returned to pick up my new car, Kenny took the time to show me everything I needed to know to feel comfortable driving the car out of the Lannan dealership. I am so happy that I decided to drive the extra 20 miles to the Lannan dealership to find my car. Kenny was such a professional, friendly and helpful salesman. He searched for the car I wanted, was able to get it to the lot within a very short time, and kept me informed of what was being done and when it was all set. We worked with Elliott Hersh from beginning to end and I can honestly say we could not be happier. I had no idea buying a car could be so pleasant. Before leaving with the car, Elliott even walked us through the key features and some of the basics of the car to make sure we were comfortable driving it right from the start.
