I'm writing this to let people know how great Lannan Mazda and their service department treated me when the car I purchased from them broke down. Here are the details - I bought a used 2007 Mazda CX-7 Mazda and their service department treated me when the car I purchased from them broke down. Here are the details - I bought a used 2007 Mazda CX-7 with 37k miles a year and a half ago from Mazda Lannan and I've put 11k miles on the car in that time. Last week, the timing chain snapped on the vehicle while my wife was driving it. I'm no mechanic, but I do know when a timing goes it means you have big problems, typically the engine has to be replaced. We still owe a lot of money on the vehicle and the thought of having to spend several thousand dollars to get it fixed was simply aweful. I called Lannan to let them know what happened and spoke to Hank Rogers, the service dept manager. I wasn't sure what to expect because it was a second hand vehicle and I assumed they were going to tell me that I was out of luck & would have to pay for repairs. From the first moment I talked with Hank, not only was he extremely friendly but he sympathized with my situation and from the get-go took the position of 'I'm going to help this guy in any way I can'. Hank took down my information, researched the warrenty information on the car, and engaged the district manager with the situation. They did their research and confirmed the damaged to the car was covered under warrenty - thank GOD! Once confirmed, Hank and the Lannan service dept did everything in their power to make this expirience painless as possible on me and my family. They paid to have the car towed to their dealership (I live in Danvers & the dealship is in Lowell), they provided us a rental car for more than a week, they called me everyday with status updates, and fixed the car within two days after they received the new engine. My expirience with Lannan Mazda was the best I've ever had with a dealership. I will definitely go back to them when shopping for a new/used vehicle. Thank you Lannan Mazda! More
Had a great experience with Roger Hanks and his mechanic, Cyril. They took tht time to repair my Miata MX-5 quickly. They worked with me to figure out the problem and get it right the first time. I have been in the market for a Mazdaspeed3 ever since they were released for the new generation in 2010. I usually purchase cars every couple of years (I'm a crazed auto enthusiast that needs a cheaper h they were released for the new generation in 2010. I usually purchase cars every couple of years (I'm a crazed auto enthusiast that needs a cheaper hobby!) so I am very experienced in dealing with dealers of all different sorts over the years. Well I finally bought my dream car a 2011 Black Mazdaspeed 3and Lannan Mazda has been hands down the best dealer I have EVER done business with. Paddy my Salesman was only on the job for about a week, but offered excellent customer service and attention during the entire process. Michael and John both sales managers are great guys with none of that old fashion skeezy feeling that you encounter when haggling for price. I simply told them the price I wanted for my trade in and they were very fair with their estimate with little or no haggling needed. The car was bought using truecar.com so the price was rock bottom to begin with. Trust my word when I say these guys are great and will work with you to reach what your happy with. Next, I dealt with Larry in finance. Larry is a straight shooter and a nice guy he didn't give me any of the hard-sell on warranties or products and simply told me about them in good detail with out any pressure to buy them. Again a great experience with no skeezy car dealer stereotypical behavior. Lastly, since my last vehicle was a Mazda 6 I traded I have used the service department which is headed up by Roger. Roger is again one of the best service managers I have ever done business with out there. He listens to your concerns and doesn't try and argue with you that they may not be covered by warranty, but rather works for you to get the repair covered. I would highly recommended getting your Mazda serviced at this dealership as Roger, is as good as it gets when dealing with a service department. Thank you Lannan for such a great experience! More
Today I took my Saturn ION, 2003 for service. I met Alex L. who was very courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about his job. I certainly felt that I was not just another statistics in the com L. who was very courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about his job. I certainly felt that I was not just another statistics in the company but I felt like a valued customer. I knew that my car was in safe hands and will be serviced appropriately. I have worked with Roger Hanks in the past, however was not familiar with Lannan Mazda. I have recently started going to Lannan Mazda where he currently working and have been happy with the great service not familiar with Lannan Mazda. Roger is honest and up front about what needs to be serviced and will give you an estimate before any work is done. He also checks in with you if his team finds anything additional that may need to be serviced. The guys are great at fitting the car in for service on short notice and complete what needs to be done according to your vehicle, which is great for me so I am not spending additional money I do not have right now. Also, every time I have gone in for service, I am given information and a cost estimate for the next expected service and time frame according to my vehicle and driving history. It is great to have trust in my service manager Roger, and always feel reassured when I leave that I do not have to worry about the safety of my vehicle. More

Three weeks ago I decided to look at new cars. Because of the excellent service I always receive from Roger @ Lannan Mazda service department I wanted to give my business to them. I went in on a Sunday afternoon and had the pleasure of meeting Andy Strutt. I wasn't entirely sure exactly which model I wanted; I was interested in a few of them. Andy took the time talk for a while and find out which cars would be a good fit for my preference and budget - After a few test drives and narrowing down the options we found the car that was a perfect match for me. Car buying doesn't seem like it should be this easy and painless, but it was. Andy was awesome, he took the time to get to know my girlfriend and I, and we learned a bit about him as well. I never felt pressured or rushed and he worked really hard to earn my business. The service I received from him was outstanding. When you work with Andy you feel like you're doing business with a friend, not someone who's trying to clean up your wallet. I can't recommend him enough. Everyone I have met at Lannan Mazda has been exceptional; they're honest, and they work hard for you. I met with Larry in finance for the paperwork and he was really great. In my experience whenever it was time to meet the finance guy you were in for a bad attitude and extra surprises; that wasn't true here. Larry was friendly and had a great attitude. He made the process painless, and he's funny so that helped too. Last but not least as always I had a great experience with Roger. I was getting a roof rack installed and having the car detailed for delivery. His techs do an awesome job; they're professional and treat your car like its their own. Roger is a stand-up guy that goes above and beyond for his customers. It's never an act with him, he truly cares about his customers and works hard to earn your loyalty. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Lannan Mazda and I would buy another car from them in a heartbeat. Thank you for such a great experience! More

I drive from Fitchburg to Lowell to have my car serviced and it's well worth the drive. I always receive top quality service and care while I am there and it's always a pleasureable experience. I always feel that Roger is looking out for my best interest in respect to my vehicle and gave me the heads up this time regarding my tires and that by winter I would need new ones. When you find a trustworthy service manager you stick with them - Roger is really honest and an all around good guy. He really goes out of his way to ensure his customers are taken care of, and to build with them - Roger is really honest and an all around good guy. Those qualities can be tough to find when going to a dealership for service - so often you're met with the typical "say-anything" service manager that will do anything to make sure your pockets are empty by the time you leave; that's simply not the case with Roger. I make these statements not only based on my own experiences, but from witnessing his interactions with other customers. Yesterday I went in for my 30k service and to get my winter tires swapped out for summer. Coolant flush is part of the 30k service; however, it wasn't necessary for my car yet so Roger gave me an alignment(much needed after the abundance of MA pot-holes this winter) in place of the coolant flush to ensure I was getting my moneys worth for this service, along with a couple other smaller details. Roger values his customers and because of that I feel comfortable referring my friends to him, and I will continue to bring my business to Lannan Mazda. More
