On the drive, he didn't excessively sell, rather just had a conversation with me while occasionally pointing out features. It helped me focus on the car, not on him. Perfect. When it came to numbers, he made an offer, I gave him mine, and after one trip to the boss, deal was done for a very fair price. He's also respectful of your time - a rarity among car salespeople. When I brought my wife and kid in to check out the cars, he knew that's all we were there for, and gave us the space to evaluate. He also focused on my wife when she came to drive, not me. If you're thinking about a Mazda, call this dealer. You won't regret it. Barbara (the biz manager) made the paperwork super painless and every number agreed with Sam's first quote. No pressure on options or financing, just good advice. I highly recommend this dealer. More

The next day Barbara called me and told me she found me a $600 rebate and was very flexible with my schedule waiting for me to get down there before filing the paperwork. Overall it turned out to be one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've had. More

Sales staff was knowledgeable and they certainly catered to my needs in the small time frame that I had to buy this car. This is my first Mazda purchase and i'd have to say that I will continue to buy from this dealership when its time to buy brand new again. Since we were so satisfied with our initial purchase we decided to return to Lannan. Sam Gordon was able to provide us with all the information we asked for and set us up for a test drive. We really liked the 2014 Mazda 3 and decided to purchase it. Sam and Barbara Tibbetts were great in organizing all the necessary paperwork to meet our rushed deadline for purchase which was due to the rental period ending for our rental replacement. Once again we were very satisfied with Lannan Mazda and would recommend them. More
HORRIBLE customer service post purchase Beyond terrible service at this place. I went to check out the new CX -5 after researching it for a few weeks. I found the sales guy to be less than Beyond terrible service at this place. I went to check out the new CX -5 after researching it for a few weeks. I found the sales guy to be less than knowledgeable about the vehicle, during the test drive correcting him on more than half of his stats was rather embarrassing but whatever, it drove nicely. Luckily (for them) the car sold itself so it was easy enough to look beyond the not so impressive service right off the bat. About 2 days after taking the car home, I noticed that the driver's side seat had a rip in the back. Since this was a brand new car, you'd think that the dealership would be not only embarrassed, but completely accommodating to get the seat fixed ASAP...not the case. To my dismay, it took 2 weeks of calling them nonstop, leaving voice mails, and being hung up on and ignored until finally they agreed to take the car in and fix it on the spot. Lannan Mazda of Lowell is no hop, skip, and a jump away from where I live.. so as long as they were willing to fix it on the spot, it was worth the 45 minute commute out there. Upon arrival, the person whom I spoke to on the phone (Bill, the sales guy) was conveniently not working that day even though he said he was, so they were unable to start working on the car immediately because apparently communication between employees at this business is not a priority. HOORAY, so now the wait begins for a rental car from Enterprise. Two hours later, the drive to work in a disgusting, dirty rental car with an almost empty gas tank seems like the best thing about the day. Trusty Lannan Mazda promises to call once the car is complete "some time in the early afternoon" so I can drive all the way back out there, return the car at Enterprise, and then get a ride over to the dealership. Fast forward 4.5 hours and it's now 3:30pm with no word from them. Since they don't have the best track record at getting back to me, I call to check in. Sure enough, the car is done and ready to be picked up. Rush hour traffic isn't necessarily their fault, but sitting in it for an extra hour certainly doesn't help their case when they were supposed to have it done much earlier. Anyways, moral of the story, they are good until you sign the check and take the car, after that, they are horrible. I recommend you buy your Mazda anywhere else. More

Just dropped in Lannnan Mazda and was immediately impressed by the facilities atmosphere and was cordially met by Sam on a Sunday afternoon. Thanks to Sam we quickly narrowed down the models to a Mazda 2. Sam answered all questions I had and we took a test drive which impressed me further with all the Mazda 2's standard equipment. This car was for my wife so I went home and brought her to the dealership, we went thru the entire process again this time with the wife. Sam must have spent 2 hours explaining each button and control to her satisfaction. She went for the Mazda 2 in Zeal Red and we put down a deposit to hold until Monday. The agreed price was much lower than my expectations. Overnite she changes her mind and wants the car in Blue. Called Sam back, explained change of color. No problem will get a Blue. Will contact me when available. Problem solved, priced firmed up, financing approved at great rate all with the help of Anthony Scenna Today we picked up Mazda 2 signed all the papers, got the royal treatment. I have never purchased a car and felt better about the entire process than I did today. It left the wife and I feeling good. More

At first me and my wife were not sure what we really wanted we just knew something bigger with more seating potential then what we had at the time and Sam knew exactly what we were looking for and brought us right to a used minivan first once we told him it was out of our price range he worked with us to get us into a new mazda 5 which turns out to be the perfect vehicle for us.
