Service department got back to me promptly after my car was towed in on a Sunday evening. The service advisor promised that he would get back to me in 2 or 3 days and he actually hit back to me the very ne was towed in on a Sunday evening. 7/13/2022 the absolute worst service dept, I ever worked with. Dismissed my issue. Refused to look at a video of my issue. Never looked at vehicle on at least 1 visit. Never checked transmission fluid when with. Dismissed my issue. Refused to look at a video of my issue. Never looked at vehicle on at least 1 visit. Never checked transmission fluid when my complaint was transmission . I have never been treated this poorly from a dealership. Would never recommend. But they did have several good employees that helped but it was too late at that point. More

Had an appointment to have warranty work preformed and an oil change. Dropped of my jeep at 8 am for a 940 appointment. Told him I will pick it up when it was done. Told him I need it by 2. He said no prob oil change. Dropped of my jeep at 8 am for a 940 appointment. Told him I will pick it up when it was done. Told him I need it by 2. He said no problem. Did not hear from them all day. Called at 115 and was told service rep will call me back. Waited till 2 and called back and asked for manger. He was out sick so talked to another person who told me they forgot my jeep. ALL DAY!!!!! So then the rep called me and said it’s going on the lift now. I was not happy as I had no ride home and had to have a coworker give me a ride to pick it up at 5. Just not happy at all with my last service. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 More
Dropped my Jeep off on a Monday for an appointment at 8:40, and didn’t get a call until 5:00 saying we didn’t get to your Jeep we’ll do it tomorrow. I was told it will be done Monday, it was a lift insta 8:40, and didn’t get a call until 5:00 saying we didn’t get to your Jeep we’ll do it tomorrow. I was told it will be done Monday, it was a lift install. Tuesday comes I get a call at 9:15, do you want us to do the job? I said yes, ok it will be ready tomorrow. After a little back and forth my Jeep was done Tuesday by 4:30. The service person mike glover was very understanding and apologetic to my situation and very helpful.The service manager was zero help. The only reason they got 4 stars and not less was due to the exceptional help mike gave me. Would I go back yes, the technician who did the job was spot on and it looks great. More
