Dealer was awesome but the lack of available warranty parts, in particular the PTU, makes me want not to buy another Jeep. I understand CovId etc but still building new models and having parts but no war parts, in particular the PTU, makes me want not to buy another Jeep. Have had my vehicle serviced here for close to 3 years. Saturday, their service department failed to properly communicate - despite 7 calls (leaving messages, calling the sales department - virtually tryi Saturday, their service department failed to properly communicate - despite 7 calls (leaving messages, calling the sales department - virtually trying to reach a representative to find out the status). Was told it would be ready by the end of the car and I would be notified. I called for the 7th time shortly after 4 PM and was told the Service Department closed for the remainder of the weekend and would reopen on Monday. Now, I do not have a vehicle, was forced to cancel business travel, and STILL have not heard back from the Service Department despite a call Monday morning. Totally unacceptable. Unprofessional. Disappointing. More
