I brought my 2009 Jeep wrangler in for service, the right front brake was locking up and eventually caused my abs light to turn on. When I brought it it the light cleared and the service manager yelled at me front brake was locking up and eventually caused my abs light to turn on. When I brought it it the light cleared and the service manager yelled at me about my remote start. He then blamed my abs light on the remote start installation. A month later I bring it in again for the front right brake locked up once again. He proceeds to tell me that my vehicle is now out of its 3/36 warranty and that the notes in the system say the vehicle is not covered under warranty because of the remote start. I just got my truck back from your ordinary run of the mill mechanic, guess what. The brake caliper was seized up and there was nothing wrong with the abs. Apparently Oscar knows more then everybody else and didn't have the mechanics who work at 495 even look at my brakes. I bought this Wrangler at 495 and i will never buy another vehicle there or bring any vehicle in for service. More
Via phone, I was told by Oscar that he did not care about my repeat business because i didnt buy the car here, and had only brought it in for service twice. I would certainly recommend this dealer to anyone. I went to the dealer to have my town and country worked on and walked away as a new owner to a durango. Although I spent a great amount of time at the dealership waiting for my car, it was a highly positive experience. I was continuously checked on to make sure I did not need anything. I feel comfortable returning to this dealership and feel that they are very honest, which is not how I have felt in the past about other dealership service departments. I would recommend this dealership to others as well. None of us enjoy having our car serviced but it helps when the customer service process goes above and beyond. More
My Jeep being fairly new hasn't required real "work" thankfully but in return visits for maintenance/service I have found this dealership to be above average.
