Special Vehicle,special care and service. I am a disabled Vietnam vet with a wheel chair and a Chrysler Town and Country "ENTERVAN", which is a modification to the body (6" floor drop, speci I am a disabled Vietnam vet with a wheel chair and a Chrysler Town and Country "ENTERVAN", which is a modification to the body (6" floor drop, special driver's seat and a ramp that is lowered as the van kneels to lessen the angle as I exit the vehicle). These mods are maintained by the installer, but when I acquired the van I thought long and hard about where I should go for service. I knew I wanted mechanics that know Chrysler and had heard about Oscar from a couple of my friends. I have had the van for about three years and every experience with 495 Chrysler has been positive. I remember the first time I called to schedule some service I spoke with Oscar and was wondering when we were finished if he understood my setup. I drove in on schedule to Oscar's service desk, climbed out of the driver's seat, into the back and into my wheel chair, opened the door and dropped the ramp, exited the van and drove my chair over to deal with Oscar. That was the beginning of a relationship which has made me comfortable to ask for service schedules at my convenience, to ask for off the wall service (add the wiring that allows me to plug my car into the house and charge the chair which stays in the van. I also recognize that the mod "disturbed" or "rerouted" some of the Chrysler elements. I have received courteous, helpful support in my request for schedule, off the wall mods, and standard service. When the van is ready to go Oscar always has it pulled in where it is very easy to access with my wheelchair. Oscar Kulins knows the service business, and he knows how to deal with people. More
