Service at 495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge is top notch! I have been a customer of 495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge for about 7 years now and I would not take my Dodge cars anywhere else. Whenever I used to take in my 2004 Dodge Intrepid SXT, he could hear the noise and pinpoint it almost immediately. I would not trust my 2013 Grand Caravan R/T or my new 2015 Dodge Journey SXT to anyone else! When I recently bought the 2015 Journey, I had a backup camera installed by Oscar's team and you could not even tell that they did any work. The whole service staff is courteous, respectful, well informed, and VERY willing to help out with anything and answer any questions. I would not take my Dodge vehicles to anyone else. More

Very helpful and great service and great waiting room. Oscar went out of his way to make our keys match even though they were not dealer keys.
