We welcome all reviews whether there positive or negative. After further review the customer came into the dealership with a Bluetooth concern on 9/3/2021. Our factory trained technician scanned the 2012 Dodge Charger and it showed that Mr. Nicholas Bluetooth module had failed. We replaced this module in order for the Bluetooth to work. Our technician then tested the Bluetooth and called the Service manager from his personal phone in Mr. Nicholas vehicle. We later discovered 3 weeks later the customer has a newer Iphone and is not compatible to his older vehicle. To have any Bluetooth work in his 2012 Dodge Charger he would have to replace the Bluetooth module. If Mr. Nicholas replaces his Iphone with and older model it will be able to work in his 2012 Dodge Charger.

I love how the owner of a dealership is blaming the customer for having an older car and a newer phone. What he should do is own up to the fact that his Service Dept should’ve asked the customer what type phone he had before doing $1000 worth of work which didn’t fix the issue of the customer’s phone connecting. BTW - My “2012” Charger has only 44,000 miles so don’t let the owner’s continous mention of the year gaslight you into thinking I’m driving an old junk-box.

This has nothing to do of whether, or not the service is covered under the jeep warranty. It has to do with your service department claiming that there was nothing wrong with the vibration despite several visits. They could simply say that you have tires balance issue, but we are not going to cover it , rather than lying to the customer and let them drive the car with vibration that could result in further degrade and damage to the tires and possibly other components, not to mention the discomfort in ride quality of a new Jeep.
