Very pleased with the service we received at 495 Jeep Our 2012 grand Cherokee air suspension immediate service light came on. We were fortunate it was only a fuse! Luigi explained other problems that need to be addressed. I did not feel pressured to make decisions right away, considering the age of the vehicle. I just filed a complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office and it was not surprising to find out that 20% of all ‘auto repair complaints’ filed against businesses in Lowell have been filed against 495 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Here’s my experience with them: 1. I took my Dodge Charger in because my Bluetooth had stopped working and I wanted to be able to use my phone for music while driving again. • I knew ahead of time the dealership was going to charge more than other places but I wanted the job done right the first time with no headaches. • This is the whole reason I went to the dealership where I had purchased my Charger • Because they are Dodge specialists right? 2. After the work was done on my car, my phone still would not connect properly so I called the dealership and they said I would need to bring the car back to have it diagnosed. • After diagnosis, I was told that the Bluetooth module installed was fine, but that my phone & network was not compatible with the Uconnect platform. (I have a newer model iPhone on the AT&T network.) • So I said if it wasn’t going to work, I wanted the module removed and my $1000 refunded. The tech I spoke with said that was above his head and I would need to come in and talk to upper management. 3. When I met with the service manager the next day, I first asked if I could record the audio of the meeting to make sure I was clear on everything that was said. His reply was “absolutely not” - RED FLAG • He then said he was not authorized to give a refund simply because I had asked to have the ‘Bluetooth module’ replaced so that’s what they did and the Bluetooth module itself was now functioning. • I explained that I never specified Bluetooth ‘module’ I said I wanted my Bluetooth fixed so I could use my phone in my car and the *service dept* said the Bluetooth ‘module’ would need to be replaced. • The service manager went on to say that Uconnect is a third-party product and that they weren’t responsible for third-party products not being compatible with my phone. But PLEASE NOTE: • Uconnect is a platform that is EXCLUSIVELY used by, and BUILT INTO Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and FIAT Brand vehicles. • How are they not responsible for something that they BUILD INTO their vehicles? 4. The bottom line is I never would have agreed to service if it was explained that spending $1000 to replace the Bluetooth module would not solve the issue if I had a newer model iphone on certain phone networks. • When my partner mentioned that I had contacted the Attorney General’s office, the service manager cut her off, threw my key and paperwork towards us, and said “We’re done here” • She continued by saying no complaint had been filed yet but she wanted him to be aware that we knew there were other complaints already filed against the dealership. • I ended by asking “So what you’re saying is you’re not willing to do anything to fix the situation?” His reply was no so we left. I guess small claims court is also in the future for me but man, save yourself the hassle and stay away from 495 Chrysler Dodge Jeep at all costs!! More
Just had the best experience with them. I kept taking my jeep back to dealer I bought it from, 6 different times, and always came back worse off. Worst dealership. I have a brand new Jeep 2021 with jeeb wave warranty that was purchased at a different dealer. Despite several visits, they failed to address a very simple issue with a tire that was out o wave warranty that was purchased at a different dealer. Despite several visits, they failed to address a very simple issue with a tire that was out of balance. I had to deal with vibration for several months until I finally took it to an independent mechanic who found an issue with a tire that was way out of balance. The issue was fixed in one visit and no more vibration. It appears that the service personnel are either incompetent, or they don’t care. I will take my business anywhere else, but this place. More

I'm owner of the new RAM TRX, I had some issues related warranty concerns and had some back and forth. 495 has put the customer satisfaction on top of their priorities and resolved my issue, this extremel warranty concerns and had some back and forth. 495 has put the customer satisfaction on top of their priorities and resolved my issue, this extremely valuable and I look forward continuing working with them! Terrible experience. I made a appointment two weeks out for a time. They didn’t take me till three hours after my scheduled appointment. They also never informed me about issues I had with my car, never to for a time. They didn’t take me till three hours after my scheduled appointment. I get my car back and they never fixed one of the issues I had brought it in for! More
They have very poor customer service the service manger didn't want to fix my truck when it was damaged while at the service department I asked if I had to get an attorney he laughed and said that's a loa didn't want to fix my truck when it was damaged while at the service department I asked if I had to get an attorney he laughed and said that's a load of bull crap you know how many times we've heard that and laughed about it I've been dealing with them on many occasions one when I bought my charger there in 2018 I would bring it back for the AC every couple months and they would charge me $100 and it's still not fixed and they tried saying the part is discontinued when it's not it's just the part number is superseded which means they just changed the last two numbers and I've been dealing with this issue and it's still not fixed and the paint is peeling on my truck and bubbling in dealing with them since April my truck had under 15000 miles on it when it went in and it's been going back and forth for 4 months they finally fix the paint but now I have other issues my windows scratched which they did fix and they scratch again and this last time they put 338 miles on my truck and dented my bumper and refuse to fix my bumper and when I brought it to the attention of the owner of the dealership he basically said he doesn't want to deal with it and wants me to pay for half of it and called me a piece of xxxx nice customer service More
