Made appointment online about 3 weeks ahead of scheduled date. Appointment and service went off without a hitch (I waited). Presently the waiting room has been relocated to an area on the show room. Service made appointment within 2 days. This was quirk with all the Covid 19 issues. Within 5 minutes of arrival I was checked in and shortly after my car was in service bay. I waited on site and Recalls with all the Covid 19 issues. Within 5 minutes of arrival I was checked in and shortly after my car was in service bay. I purchased my Chrysler at this dealership in 2015 and each time I have had required service or emergency repair as was this week's appointment I was greeted politely and promptly. My questions regardin each time I have had required service or emergency repair as was this week's appointment I was greeted politely and promptly. My questions regarding the repair were answered and I left the vehicle (undriveable) at the dealer for repair to be completed the next day. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the service manager that the repair had been completed the same day I brought my car there. This effort took place despite several service writers and mechanics absent due to Covid. Excellent service! More
Got a next day appointment for 40,000 mile maintenance work on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. Drive-thru drop- off was very quick and easy. Service tech called me about work proposed and again when my Jeep was re work on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. Drive-thru drop- off was very quick and easy.
