Aside from the initial salesperson that sold me my Grand Cherokee 2 years ago, everyone else I've come across who works there are unpleasant, unprofessional, and sneaky. To start, I have been trying to get an appointment there since I purchased my vehicle and they either never answer the phone (they certainly don't reply to voicemails), are always booked out for 2 months at a time or they call to cancel my appointment. Last week I received a coupon in the mail that stated I can get an oil change done for $54.99 at 495 Jeep in Lowell MA. I decided to drive there today to get this done. Upon arrival I was greeted by Shawn, one of their advisors. He asked me if I had an appointment and of course I said no because it's not feasible to make an appointment with these people. I proceeded to tell him about the coupon I received offering the oil change for $54.99 and he said they would take care of me. I leave and come back an hour later to pick up my vehicle and when I go to check out at the register, they tell me its $136.00 for the oil change. When I went over to Shawn to ask him why it was this price, he proceeded to tell me "Well that's the price", what?????? I'am an HVAC and Plumbing Service Professional and work with people day in and day out. I would NEVER perform a task in their home without having presented what the price would be and receiving authorization prior to performing the work. This will be the first and last review I leave for this place as I will never be going back and will tell all my customers as well as all my friends and family never to go there. This business is not trustworthy in the slightest and have lost my business forever. More

Waiting are very clean. Wait time was very reasonable. The only issue I had was with the check in person. She mentioned that this should’ve gone to my check in person however, there was no sign at the check-in stating to do that. She went and gave the coupon to the check-in person to have it processed. He then came in with the new bill and stated very rudely to me that I should’ve given that to him when I checked in. I asked him if there was a sign instructing me to do that, and he said no but that he was going to be putting one. if there isn’t no sign, then, how would I have known to give him the coupon. Normally, when you have a coupon it is given to the cashier. I did not appreciate his attitude. More
