Parts manager in frustration stated “that part was already on its way and he cancelled?!?!” His body language and tone obviously showed anger and discontent while handing the cancellation to the custo already on its way and he cancelled?!?!” His body language and tone obviously showed anger and discontent while handing the cancellation to the customer. Customer left calmly but was saying “I am not coming back and will find other facilities from now on.” Lesson: Parts manager should have maintained professional business demeanor and not show childish emotions during a normal business transaction. One less customer and lost forever because of immaturity by the parts manager who did a cancellation. More

495 Chrysler always goes above and beyond to get our cars serviced in a timely manner. Check in is quick, easy and pleasant. They offered a laughable trade in value for my used ram. 5000 less than anyone else offered. I would do your homework and make sure you are getting a fair value for your trade in.
