When I talked to Bill on the phone he gave me all the cost such as Tax , Reg and Dealer fee and to my surprise nothing changed when I went to the Dealership .Bill then introduced me to Jim in the Finance Office he shopped for the best interest rate and went over different Warrany options it could not have been easier . Bill then took the time to go over the entire vehicle with me before delivery and answered all my question in a professional way .Bill then called the next day to see how I am enjoying my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and if I have any more questions this is after I spent 1/2 hour the day before going over the Jeep . When I got there I was met by the salesman who went over a lot of the dealerships in the area via the internet and they were by far the lowest price. I also liked how they made everything easy by registering my car , dealing with my insurance and filling the tank with gas. I would definatly do business with them again. Went in and secured a lease for a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The deal went off track when I went to sign the papers and found the buy out on the lease was over $2,000 more than what had been agreed Cherokee. When I addressed this the showroom manager and Finance manager they said that the number on the lease agreement was what they told me. When they pulled it up on the computer in fromt of me the price was what I had said it should have been. All they could do to explain the price they wanted me to pay was that it was required by the finance company. I walked out with my check and bought the same car at another dealer. More
