There are many words that could accurately describe 495 Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge -- all of them positive, but for the purpose of this review my word of choice would have to be accountability. I found a misprint on the website that listed the jeep of my dreams at thousands below kbb price. I sent Chris Williams an email stating that I wanted to test-drive the wrangler. Even though Chris and I both knew that the vehicle had been under-priced, Chris and his manager Phil Goodrum worked to honor the misprinted price, taking a loss on the vehicle. That meant a lot to me. 495 CJD is an honest dealership filled with sincere and helpful people. My credit wasn't fantastic but they worked hard to get me into my Jeep. I couldn't be happier. I hope the boys over at 495 can rest easy knowing that the hit they took in price on my vehicle earned them a life-long customer and true advocate. Before going anywhere else for a Jeep check out 495 first. Phil told me that he was going to "roll out the red carpet for me" and that's exactly what he did. Thanks Chris and Phil! More
It began with a simple email requesting information about a certain vehicle I was researching. Other dealerships I had contacted via email seemed to avoid the inquiries and responded with vagaries and evasions and requests instead to talk by phone which aroused suspicion. Why didn't they just answer my question? James Smith was my sales rep and had me fairly well hooked from the beginning before I had even met him. He was patient and attentive when myself and my wife arrived and the vehicle was ready and waiting for the test drive. He was very relaxed and pleasant during the entire process from the examination to the conclusion, no pushiness whatever. We were treated like guests of honor, everyone was polite and helpful. Though I didn't receive the requested value of trade the offer was acceptable, and the purchase price was very competitive. The condition of the vehicle was very good, reconditioned with new tires, fluids, lube, detailing, etc. I found one minor but worrisome cosmetic issue and it was resolved promptly before the handover. An arrangement of rendezvous was made for delivery, since I live in NH, and the vehicle was brought right to my town hall for the transfer where the deal was concluded, on time with no hassle. I can't attest to the service dept or post-purchase treatment yet but hopefully this won't be necessary. Overall it was a great experience and I will deal with them again in the future when I hope to finally purchase my first brand new vehicle. More
My husband and I went in to this dealership knowing exactly what we wanted for our new Jeep Compass. We had been in contact with Josh before we arrived and he had an SUV waiting for me to drive and see exactly what we wanted for our new Jeep Compass. Although I spent a great amount of time at the dealership waiting for my car, it was a highly positive experience. I was continuously checked on to make sure I did not need anything. The manager explained the issue with my car clearly and was very professional. I feel comfortable returning to this dealership and feel that they are very honest, which is not how I have felt in the past about other dealership service departments. I would recommend this dealership to others as well. None of us enjoy having our car serviced but it helps when the customer service process goes above and beyond. More
