This was my 2nd experience with working with Bill Tierney and the staff at 495 Jeep/Dodge. I want to highlight that they are the "BEST" in every aspect of a car dealership. I brought my 2009 Jeep wrangler in for service, the right front brake was locking up and eventually caused my abs light to turn on. When I brought it it the light cleared and the service manager yelled at me front brake was locking up and eventually caused my abs light to turn on. When I brought it it the light cleared and the service manager yelled at me about my remote start. He then blamed my abs light on the remote start installation. A month later I bring it in again for the front right brake locked up once again. He proceeds to tell me that my vehicle is now out of its 3/36 warranty and that the notes in the system say the vehicle is not covered under warranty because of the remote start. I just got my truck back from your ordinary run of the mill mechanic, guess what. The brake caliper was seized up and there was nothing wrong with the abs. Apparently Oscar knows more then everybody else and didn't have the mechanics who work at 495 even look at my brakes. I bought this Wrangler at 495 and i will never buy another vehicle there or bring any vehicle in for service. More
I was very impressed with their customer service. I purchased this vehicle from out of state and their process for handling an out of state buyer was very organized and went very smoothly. Searched the web for a truck with my specific options and value ($$$$). The 495 Dealership offered an internet special with what I was looking for. Being a skeptic, I sent an email to see if this vehicle w value ($$$$). The 495 Dealership offered an internet special with what I was looking for. Being a skeptic, I sent an email to see if this vehicle was still available (not the case with other dealerships) and within a few minutes Bill responded. I appreciated the fact that Bill followed my instructions and contacted me via email. (I've had other dealerships keep calling even though I requested that I be contacted via email and not by phone.) Bill setup a time for me to see the truck and take it for a test drive... no pressure, he let me set the day and time and was accommodating to my work schedule. When I seen the truck I told him how impressed I was that the pictures on the web actually matched the vehicle.... I've had experiences where you find out the pictures are not the same as those advertised on the web.. differing autos or stock photos. Bill explained that all their vehicles have professional pictures taken and posted... I even revisited the 495 site and given the weather conditions, etc. in the pictures you can tell all vehicles have unique photos... very impressive and not always the case with other dealerships. Once I decided on the vehicle... Bill and his finance team were extremely helpful in providing me with the best financing options available. I greatly appreciate the extra mile Bill went through to provide financing. I like the fact that Bill stayed in touch with me throughout the purchase process via email and text. I'm on the phone or in meetings all day and cannot always answer external phone calls. Bill was always responsive to the emails and texts that I sent him... greatly appreciated! Without hesitation I would purchase another vehicle from Bill or send family and friends to see him. Well done! More
Via phone, I was told by Oscar that he did not care about my repeat business because i didnt buy the car here, and had only brought it in for service twice. I had to travel to for the vehicle I wanted and needed my deal squared away in order to have one visit at the dealership. I knew where I needed to be monthly and was having a hard time getting my own financing to fit my budget. I spoke with John over the phone, explained my situation and submitted everything online. Very easy and excellent response time. He explained everything to me and started the ball rolling. Within in minutes I was in touch with Jim in finance who worked some magic for the thumbs up! From the start to the drive off John was very informed on both the product and the process. Everything was communicated clearly and slowly. Jim was great as well, he was able to get the numbers I couldn't do on my own. Keep in mind all of this started on a Sunday afternoon and I drove away with my new vehicle by lunch time on Monday! Everyone at the dealership was very accommodating and friendly. Excellent experience, no pressure at all. If your feeling some, your putting it on yourself. More

I am very satisfied with the purchase and how 495 handled business with a customer as demanding as I know I can be. Other dealerships should try to at least emulate the way 495 conducts business.
