I already had the Jeep Wrangler picked out via the Internet. It was just a matter of making contact with the Dealership, making contact with a Sales Representative and then finalizing the Deal. Clean, attentive and just overall presentation of the the Autos was Excellent. Eddie Cruz, the Sales Rep. Super person. We had scheduled a date and time 2 weeks in advance, as I was on vacation. But I had to cancel as vacation was extended. Finally go together with Eddie and went straight to work with him. Eddie listened to what I wanted on the jeep and he led me to the exact one that I had picked out on the internet. He did not try to sell me something that I did not want. It seemed formalizing the deal was just a matter fact. No back and forth bartering. I told Eddie what I could afford and he made it happen. I'm super pleased of the whole experience. Was given Bill Tierney's name from a family member who had already purchased a car from 495 Chrysler. Bill was friendly and professional and worked with me to get me the best price possible on the Jeep that I wanted. 495 went the extra mile by getting me the exact vehicle I wanted and worked every way possible to pay for it giving me many options to choose from. After the deal was finalized, Bill worked after hours and delivered the car to me in NH. Everyone on the team from the owner to the finance manager was down to earth and treated me like a regular person and not like a piece of meat thrown to the sharks in the tank. If the Jeep Grand Cherokee is anything like I think its going to be I will be buying Jeeps from now on and from 495 Chrysler. More
When we walked into the dealersip, we were looking for a used car, and based on what we were looking for, they didnt have anything that would work for us. The Finace Director and Owner were heavily involved and it made us feel a lot more at ease dealing directly with them. Everyone was courteous, friendly and we got a great mini-van for the price. I brought my 2009 Jeep wrangler in for service, the right front brake was locking up and eventually caused my abs light to turn on. When I brought it it the light cleared and the service manager yelled at me front brake was locking up and eventually caused my abs light to turn on. When I brought it it the light cleared and the service manager yelled at me about my remote start. He then blamed my abs light on the remote start installation. A month later I bring it in again for the front right brake locked up once again. He proceeds to tell me that my vehicle is now out of its 3/36 warranty and that the notes in the system say the vehicle is not covered under warranty because of the remote start. I just got my truck back from your ordinary run of the mill mechanic, guess what. The brake caliper was seized up and there was nothing wrong with the abs. Apparently Oscar knows more then everybody else and didn't have the mechanics who work at 495 even look at my brakes. I bought this Wrangler at 495 and i will never buy another vehicle there or bring any vehicle in for service. More
I was very impressed with their customer service. I purchased this vehicle from out of state and their process for handling an out of state buyer was very organized and went very smoothly.
