I have always wanted a muscle car since a kid and the Challenger stood out from the rest. After the test drive I was sold... but it did not have a sunroof. Eddie helped me order the 2014 Challenger with a sunroof and sound system at a great price, also for my trade in they gave me a fair price for that as well. I will be riding in style this summer in the dream car I always wanted, thanks Eddie and 495 Dodge!!! More

For starters, the price advertised online was extremely competitive compared to the other Jeep dealers in the area (as well as national purchase data and online forums from other customers who bought the same vehicle). This alone saved me a lot of trips to dealers and the haggle of negotiating since I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted. Second, Eddie was great. I was drawn to 495 Ram by their website (as they are 65 miles away). I was impressed by the large assortment of models they had on hand. All the paperwork was done and I was on my way home with a new vehicle the same day. The financial office experience with Shah was quick and pain free with no pressure. Bill Tierney's vast knowledge of the Ram 1500 was greatly appreciated. I've purchased many cars from many dealers over the years but this was my best experience to date. I will be recommending 495 Ram to my family and friends. All in all it was a pleasant experience. More

Jonathan Cruz was probably one of the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. From the honesty to the sternness of seriousness I trusted him over any other salesman I dealt with at the other 5 Jeep dealer have ever dealt with. Nashua Jeep had corny salesman and were just straight forward fake in my opinion.
