HPFP recall needed to be done and part was months away from most dealership. Another customer wasn’t able to make his appointment so 495 got me in to have work completed. I went to 495 Jeep because I leased my current jeep from them. I couldn't believe how unhelpful they were. Such a disappointment because my first experience was so great. My current jeep is selling for $38, them. I couldn't believe how unhelpful they were. Such a disappointment because my first experience was so great. My current jeep is selling for $38,000 at multiple dealers. They offered me less than my lease buyout of $26,000 and offered to more than double my monthly payments on the new jeep I was looking at. They couldn't have acted any more like they didn't want to sell me a vehicle. I will never look at this dealer again for a new vehicle. Harr in Worcester was such a better experience and they acted like they were interested in earning my business. I have worked in sales for a long time and I've worked at a dealership so I know the back-end money on new car sales and the markup on used vehicles. They wanted to make $10,000 plus on flipping my jeep, so they could have been a whole lot more competitive on the pricing of the new jeep. Once again it felt like they had no interest in selling a new vehicle to a repeat customer. More
