My experience was exceptional! I leased my 2020 Jeep Compass in August. I have never had a worse experience with a dealership in my life. Months ago I was looking to purchase a new 2020 Ram 1500 Big Horn with the 12 inch UConnect screen. I was comparing several dealerships and my life. Months ago I was looking to purchase a new 2020 Ram 1500 Big Horn with the 12 inch UConnect screen. I was comparing several dealerships and 495 had several on their website that matched what I was looking for. I was talking with Shah via text and phone call throughout the week as I had a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sahara to trade in and had 2 dealerships offer me 34K and 34.5K for my trade in. Shah told me he would not lose my business over a couple hundred dollars after he said he could do 34K for the Jeep based on pictures and the low miles. After talking to Shah one last time on the phone and locking in on the truck I was going to get and the price and the trade in value I made the drive to the dealership where Shah mentioned he would not be there but would let his Sales manager know I was coming in and provide him my file. When I get there they did not have any information on me and did not know I was coming in even after I spoke to Shah in advance which was not a huge deal but they then spend over an hour just to offer me 27.5K for my Jeep trade in and NOT HAVE THE TRUCK I WAS COMING TO BUY IN STOCK. Not only did they not have that specific truck they didnt have any that I was interested even after I have texts confirming with Shah that the truck was in stock as I requested more pictures he just said it wasnt in walking distance. They then tried to sell me a truck several thousand more than the one I was interested in which was already 53.9K. I was very frustrated and left to go to the other dealership I was originally going to go to. Shah had me call him and after several times of me calling him out on lies I mentioned I would never do business with them again and would be writing this here review. Shah then proceeded to threaten me saying if I were to do that he would take legal actions. I have never had a worse experience in my life and I help my whole family buy their vehicles and have been to dealerships all around MA and NH. More

Sleazy sales tactics. Made an appointment and drove almost 2 hours to test drive an advertised used vehicle. Sat down and started to work a deal and was told vehicle I came to see was sold but they wo almost 2 hours to test drive an advertised used vehicle. I worked directly with the GM, Shah, who was extremely reasonable, efficient, I had an excellent experience working with 495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I worked directly with the GM, Shah, who was extremely reasonable, efficient, and friendly - all around great guy. There was some light debate on the price, financing, etc., but I walked out thrilled with the deal I was offered/car I took home. Overall, the process was very smooth, and the team was impressive.
