Got ahold of them quickly and easily to set up the appt, unlike in the past. Drop off was a breeze. I asked to do oil change while there and it was added no problem. Work was completed in timely fashion and they called to let me know work was done but engine light came on. They said they’d diagnosed problem and could fix that day. I said I had a guy I’d have look at it and they informed me it was now an additional $140 for diagnosing the problem that wasn’t a problem when I dropped off vehicle and I never asked them to diagnose.
