Polite, on time service. Easy to schedule service at time we wanted.. Honest. We had scheduled tire rotation and they told us the wear was even, tread was good for another 5000 Miles. Serviced my car promptly at the designated time. Took the car in for a 30k checkup.. Mechanics looked at the car n recommended necessary repairs that should be done. Very pleased with the service we received at 495 Jeep Our 2012 grand Cherokee air suspension immediate service light came on. We were fortunate it was only a fuse!
