7/13/2022 the absolute worst service dept, I ever worked with. Dismissed my issue. Refused to look at a video of my issue. Never looked at vehicle on at least 1 visit. Never checked transmission fluid when with. Dismissed my issue. Refused to look at a video of my issue. Never looked at vehicle on at least 1 visit. Had an appointment to have warranty work preformed and an oil change. Dropped of my jeep at 8 am for a 940 appointment. Told him I will pick it up when it was done. Told him I need it by 2. Called at 115 and was told service rep will call me back. Waited till 2 and called back and asked for manger. He was out sick so talked to another person who told me they forgot my jeep. ALL DAY!!!!! So then the rep called me and said it’s going on the lift now. I was not happy as I had no ride home and had to have a coworker give me a ride to pick it up at 5.
