Been going for years no issues. Went today and they tried to scare me into an additional 400.00 “repair”/ replacement. When I said no thank you he seemed upset. Left. Came back 15 minutes later and tried to fear me into replacing this part. Felt like someone was trying to meet a sales goal. The guy that took my car in was brand new to the company but he just lost this dealership a long time customer. Went to another dealership who quoted maximum price for this possible repair( possible meaning it will NOT be as extensive as reported to me) 214.00! More

7/13/2022 the absolute worst service dept, I ever worked with. Dismissed my issue. Refused to look at a video of my issue. Never looked at vehicle on at least 1 visit. But they did have several good employees that helped but it was too late at that point. More
