Service department got back to me promptly after my car was towed in on a Sunday evening. The service advisor promised that he would get back to me in 2 or 3 days and he actually hit back to me the very ne was towed in on a Sunday evening. The service advisor promised that he would get back to me in 2 or 3 days and he actually hit back to me the very next day with a diagnosis and then immediately completed the repair. Couldn’t expect better service. More

Been going for years no issues. Went today and they tried to scare me into an additional 400.00 “repair”/ replacement. When I said no thank you he seemed upset. Left. Came back 15 m Went today and they tried to scare me into an additional 400.00 “repair”/ replacement. When I said no thank you he seemed upset. Left. Came back 15 minutes later and tried to fear me into replacing this part. Felt like someone was trying to meet a sales goal. The guy that took my car in was brand new to the company but he just lost this dealership a long time customer. Went to another dealership who quoted maximum price for this possible repair( possible meaning it will NOT be as extensive as reported to me) 214.00! More
