Ken got me a good deal on 60000( 4 yrs) warranty, towing package and assured me if I take my car to 405 for repairs within the warranty, they'll waive off $100.00 deductible and if need be they'll give me a rental car for 4 days. Clean, friendly and peaceful facility. Staff is very soft spoken, respectful, relaxed-no tension! The ladies staff had a lot of knowledge on the features of different cars and how to set the vehicle. Zak updated the aspiring buyers if the car they wanted got sold out, because he cares. Ken explained the buying process well and gave good elaborated answers advise and good examples. I made a list of vehicles i was considering and found them online, and 405 happened to have one i was interested in. Turns out Honda Fits arent great for large hills, so I looked at the rest of their stock. Being able to browse the lot and get in all of the cars before deciding to take a test drive was awesome. I wound up looking at cars i otherwise wouldn't have, (including the car i finally ended up purchasing). Then i was also able to test drive the vehicles without a salesperson, that really let me focus on the features i found important, rather than hearing a strong push. Being able to just set up the purchase without needing to haggle was another thing i valued a lot. The prices i checked on KBB seemed to be perfectly fair and on a few cars were actually decently below suggested list price. After having a different dealer flat out lie to me about the best price they could offer, and IMMEDIATELY backtracking when i showed them advertising the car for less, this wound up being a much better experience. Ive had my car about two weeks now and i am very happy. More

They were extremely fair and reasonable and met me at the price I wanted. They went out of their way to ensure that I was taken care of. Very friendly people, who care about their customers. A week or two before purchasing a car through 405 motors, I had almost bought a vehicle from a bigger Nissan dealership. Those Nissan guys were supposed to be 'non-commission' employees, to make the car buying experience low pressure.... well it was far from that. The staff at 405 motors truly make the car buying experience no pressure. The Nissan guys could definitely learn a thing or two from the people at 405 motors! More
