I was greeted immediately, and directed to the car I was interested in. No pushy salesperson following me around, they just made it clear they were there to answer any questions and to let them know if I was interested in a test drive, then they let me take my time checking out the car as thoroughly as I wanted. This is a no haggle lot, so the price is the price is the price! I love not having to play the game. The cars are price below market and are great deals. Closing the deal was simple and quick plus their 30 day warranty and available extended warranties gave me confidence they weren't hiding anything under a steam cleaned engine or other nasty tricks I have experienced elsewhere. Bottom line... GREAT people, GREAT cars, GREAT deals. I will definitely make the 2 hour drive again if I find myself needing another lightly used car. Thanks 405 Motors! More

If I use their service center, they offered to do any future warranty repairs, absorbing any deductible costs, and free oil changes for the duration of my warranty. They had a loaner vehicle available for me to use while my vehicle was getting serviced. They are clearly a family operation, with good intentions. If you ask them nicely for the best possible outcome, they bend over backwards to do the right thing. More

First dealership buy This was my first time going to a dealership with the intentions to purchase a vehicle. With previous cars, typically I've chosen to buy from individu This was my first time going to a dealership with the intentions to purchase a vehicle. With previous cars, typically I've chosen to buy from individual owners, so I didn't know what to expect coming here. Showing up ten minutes past close I wasn't even sure I was going to be able to see the car. However, they were more than happy to keep the shop open late for me. My car was ready for a test drive upon arrival. They seemed very accommodating after I explained a couple problems it had and changed the sales price accordingly. A free car fax report was another plus I was grateful to have. Happy with the car and the price I took it home and have had my 4runner for about a week so far. I didn't feel that they were trying to hide anything with their sales and was overall very pleased with the experience. More

I recently found myself in a situation where I quickly needed a vehicle, but was tired of the "new car" sales dance that you do with big dealerships.. My mother in law suggested the place where she had purchased her "new USED" car purchase a few years back. .. 405 MOTORS in Woodinville.. I reviewed their inventory online and was intrigued by a model they had that was several years older but ONLY had 11K original miles on it.. it was in great condition at a VERY fair price.. My husband an I went to see it, test drive it.. and walked away elated-- not only because I had a fantastic new car at a great price, but because I had the most pleasant, non-nauseating experience I've ever had purchasing a car. I specifically remember saying to my husband as we were leaving.. "wow, that was the best place I've ever been to." We were honestly in/out within maybe 1.5-2hrs tops.. and that was with several customers visiting them on a busy Sunday. A family run, warm and welcoming bunch.. ABSOLUTELY NO-PRESSURE.. They let you browse and test drive to your heart's content without having to waste your time or theirs with needless pressure and hounding.. Even the financing part was a breeze.. fast, efficient and painless. They even took care of the few things I needed done very quickly. They purchase quality cars with LOW MILEAGE.. and if that's what you're looking for in a future vehicle I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you checking them out for yourself. I personally worked with Ken, Bari and Basit.. but the entire family was very warm and inviting.. I will DEFINITELY RETURN and send more friends and family their way for our new used car needs. More

Dangerous vehicle sold under false pretenses Car was listed online at a third party website as '405 motors mechanic certified'. On the test drive the car performed well. After purchase and about 15 minutes down the road, the 'low coolant alert' came on. There was a half empty bottle of coolant in the furthest back part of the trunk. This was the only loose item in the trunk, leading me to believe that 405 Motors was aware it had a issue and did not disclose it. In addition, upon further inspection when attempting to diagnose the issue, I was looking at the fuse box and noticed that the SRS (airbag, etc) fuse was missing. I purchased the car because Volvo has very high safety ratings and I want myself and my family to be safe on the road! This was an extremely negligent and potentially deadly safety issue. I do not think that 405 Motors performs even the most basic safety inspections upon the receipt of any incoming vehicles and I fear others who have purchased vehicles and those who purchase in the future from 405 Motors might be in serious danger. When I contacted 405 Motors about the issue they seemed willing to help and I told them I would be able to bring the car in to get it fixed in a few days due to work and the shop not being local to me. When I next contacted 405 Motors they completely backtracked on any offer to fix the car. I was very disappointed to have been ripped off by these seemingly genuine individuals. In the final sale portion of the transaction, the manager told me he would cover the costs of registration and that I did not and would not need to give them any more money over what I had already given. After registering the vehicle I received from 405 Motors a request in the mail to pay for the registration. Please check them out on the Better Business Bureau website, they have nothing to lose with an F! rating. I wish I had checked there first. More
