Fast, Low-pressure and Straight-forward I have never had as low-pressure of a car buying experience as I did here. It was refreshing to be able to walk the lot without having sales people br I have never had as low-pressure of a car buying experience as I did here. It was refreshing to be able to walk the lot without having sales people breathing down my neck, or constantly telling me what car they THINK I should want instead of the one I'm looking for. Financing was easy through 405 as well. They made it simple to wire the money from my bank, and talked through each step of the credit application paperwork clearly. Overall, I think I was done in less than 2 hours. After spending the entire day before going from dealership to dealership dealing with headache-inducing salespeople down in Renton, it was worth the drive up to Woodinville to find these guys to check out the Toyota Matrix I had found on Autotrader.com. The only downside isn't a complete downside, but more of an understanding. These guys are nearly a no-haggle dealership. There were some perks I was able to work out with them, like they gave me a free additional key, and I was able to talk them up on my trade in, but it was lower than other dealers offered. But this is made up for by the simple fact that even after haggling with other dealers for hours and hours, hey didn't offer the vehicle I wanted anywhere close tot he price that 405 offered. And the one that 405 had on the lot was the COLOR I wanted, AND was lower in mileage! They are a smaller dealer, so look on autotrader.com or other list sites, because what they have is what they have. But if they have the car you're looking for, you're in for a very smooth sales experience. They even let me test drive without a salesperson in the care with me! Talk about trust! More

I can’t say I took a survey of every car on the lot, but their business model appears to be to stock the lot with well-chosen, low-mileage cars at a reasonable mark up, then they let the cars sell themselves. If you want to be swarmed by commissioned sales people the minute you set foot on the lot, this is not the place for you. If you’ve done your homework and just want the keys for a test drive, you’ve found the right place. I found the prices indeed to be 5% to 10% less than what other dealers were asking for the same year/make/model/mileage/options. So, while I’m a buyer who really likes to haggle, the ‘no haggle’ approach worked for me. They appear to cut costs in the right places—no marble floors, a bare bones staff, and the lot is in a somewhat funky location way out in Woodinville, which by the way, could be saving you almost 2% in sales tax, as it did for me. If you prefer to put your money toward the vehicle you’re buying rather than the dealership’s overhead, again, 405 Motors is the right place for you. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable; wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from them. More

Additionally, the year, mileage, and price was on the windshield of each car. I was able to test drive the car I was interested in by myself, without having a salesperson distract me. After the test drive, there was no pressure to buy the car. I left, looked around some more and returned 5 days later and bought the car.
