One of the most unique things about 405 Motors is that they don't operate with the typical intense sales pressure of a used car dealership. We went to 405 Motors a couple times prior to actually purchasing our vehicle and each time we were very pleasantly surprised by the total lack of sales people putting the heat on as soon as we stepped onto the lot. Instead, we were able to check out any car on their lot, both inside and out, without a single person hovering over us, making a sales pitch. It really allowed us to look everything over and feel very comfortable with our decision to ultimately buy the car. We were able to test drive the car without heat from a salesperson as well. We simply went to the sales office and they grabbed an iPad photo of our drivers license and off we went. I cannot stress how much we appreciated the lack of pressure from any sales staff. The process of actually purchasing our vehicle was just as simple and hassle free. Another unique thing about 405 Motors is that they truly do have very fair, "no haggle" prices. It was very refreshing to walk into the office, knowing exactly what we would be paying for the car. We let them know we were interested, but that it hinged on our trade in value. They checked out our trade in and ultimately offered us a fair price based on their evaluations combined with the KBB fair range. We moved forward and the process was a breeze. They are there to answer any questions you have and help you with the car buying process. They are not there to follow you around and hound you to buy a car; that's what I brought my wife for. We had an excellent experience with the salesman who was knowledgeable about the inventory and the car we bought. While filling out the paperwork, their finance specialist helped us pick the right warranty and extra options to suit our needs. He also helped us get the lowest interest rate we could get. We enjoyed the experience and will be back in the future. More

Over Promise, Under Deliver After reading an extensive amount of reviews, I decided I would give this place a try... boy was it a WASTE OF TIME. I looked at a Ford Escape and ask After reading an extensive amount of reviews, I decided I would give this place a try... boy was it a WASTE OF TIME. I looked at a Ford Escape and asked how the mechanical condition was. He said it was up to date but I felt better taking it to my mechanic. After review, my mechanic said there was about $2,000 worth of work that needed to be done. When I brought it back, the salesman said, "Oh yes, we had that on record". RED FLAG #1. The dealership agreed to cover the work that needed to be done and would give me the car at sticker price. I agreed to move forward with the paperwork after being told my car would be ready to drive in two days. I called the following day to be sure it would be ready and they said to call again the next day. I then called the next day (the day the car should be ready) and they said the car wouldn't be ready for another five days. RED FLAG #2. Frustrated, I asked why it would be so much longer and they said they would provide me with a loaner car since I already made arrangements to get rid of the car I was driving. After two days of making six phone calls and countless times of being told, "We will call you back in 10 minutes," I had enough. No loaner car and no phone call back. RED FLAG #3. This dealership was more than happy to take my money and make empty promises but failed miserably with the follow through. Instead of calling for my seventh time, I decided to go in and ask for my money back. I was very disappointed with the pitiful customer service and constant excuses these salesmen always seemed to have up their sleeve. I am bummed I wasted my time working with such dishonest people. P.S. If you want to go somewhere with outstanding customer service I would recommend Auto Drive Center right across the street. I had a MUCH better experience with them. More
