I had a very bad experience with 21st Century Auto Group today. I spoke to sales person on the call last week regarding 2021 Nissan Altima and he scheduled my Visit to the dealership today. I travelled almo today. I spoke to sales person on the call last week regarding 2021 Nissan Altima and he scheduled my Visit to the dealership today. I travelled almost 200 miles, for 4 hours with Toll taxes and gasses. After reaching there the sales rep says, that car has mechanical issues and if you want you can take as is. And said sorry it was not communicated earlier, and started showing other costlier car. "Really" Out of my work on this rainy day with hours/toll taxes/gas. Does this sorry is justifiable against my effort. I would suggest you to be careful from such dubious act of business. More
