21 Century was a life saver for me. I looked into various dealerships and the prices for the cars I inquired about where over the top for the things the car included and the high miles most of them had. Finally, I went searching online and I came across the 21 Century Auto Group inventory page. I spoke with Sharon who was extremly polite and helped tranfer me to Michael. Michael was my salesman throughout my entire process and he gave me all of the information I needed to proceed with a decision. I came with my mechanic who inspected the car and gave me his input. The car was in fantastic condition and low on miles. I was very content with the condition the car was in and decided with much review that this was the best otpion to go with. I purchased the car and paid almost 1600 less then expected. I would HIGHLY recommend 21 Century Auto Group for their customer service but more so- for their great deals and fantastic cars! More

After a long day of going from dealer to dealer to find a decent car, I came across 21 century auto group on route 22. When I was shopping for a new vehicle, I began to ask around to see what dealerships other people have used and recommended. I was very surprised to hear four different individuals mention that they had around to see what dealerships other people have used and recommended. They also mentioned that the staff was very polite, patient and above all very professional. They have a strong reputation for pleasing their customers and making a commitment to find something that suits them at a great price. I stopped by this dealership and least to say, they were exactly what people described. They had a wide selection of vehicles, their showroom is very nice and the prices are amazing! We dealt with diego and he was fantastic. He helped me fill out the paperwork and set us up into a great financial plan. diego made the entire purchase easy and fast. This dealer had a lot of bad reviews but they had the car I liked. So I gave them a try I was prepared for the worst but to my surprise I met Anthony one of the salespeople and he introduced my to his manage I liked. It did take a bit longer then I expected. But everything went great they were really nice to deal with then I met Boris the finance manager he was amazing I got what I wanted and what I wanted to pay so I took the car home. I LOVE THAT PLACE!!!! I will tell everyone I know to deal with them I know they will get the same treatment I got. Can't THANK YOU enough. Thanks again, Trevor B. More

COMPLETELY and utterly disgusted with this place. All the soap in the world wouldn't wash off the xxxx off of their manager!!! We drove a long way after a weeks of speaking to sales people, and decided to give it a shot despite all the terrible reviews. We sought to see a 2011 Mercedes c class with low mileage (to make sure we still had some kind of manufacture warranty) and in our $23,500 price range. We thought we were LUCKY to see one in their inventory for $20,995 and just 29,000 miles!!!! Called to inquire about it 5 times in one week asking to make sure it was there, and what do you know? It was there every time until the last minute and we found out it went back to auction for "transmission problems". Yet we were still open to other options (they assured us they had), and again giving the benefit of the doubt. We finally get there after our 3 hour drive. They only had 4 c class Benz' one of which their own MANAGER was driving around as a "demo". We were initially shown 2 one with 39,000 miles and the other 31,000. We were told both were 2011 by our sales guy, then 20 minutes later he says they're actually BOTH 2010!! Meaning their online inventory is NOT up to date, they'll LIE to you to get you in the door. At this point we're ready to head to the door, BUT we decide to see what they'll negotiate for the 2010. Apparently $24,995 is NON NEGOTIABLE!!!!! Not to mention their FEES alone were $2,500.00 not including taxes!!! The sales manager came over and asked us what would it take to make us happy, we offered $24,000 out the door. He then proceeded to lean back on his chair and opened his arms and cockily said "do you see this place?" We stopped him right there. I own my own business and through the years I've met some people who are full of themselves but NEVER, NEVER have felt so disgusted with one person in my entire life. Please, don't give this place the benefit of the doubt like we did. Run as far as you possibly can! More

In 2012, I bought a car in that shop. They said they would send me title by Fedex, but I never recieve the title. I tried to connact them about solving the problem, but they are very negative and not wi would send me title by Fedex, but I never recieve the title. Called for a car told it was there, 2 hours later went to dealer told it was sold. They tried (bait & switch tactic) was told they would give the same price on similar car. Waited 45 minutes they reduced pri dealer told it was sold. They tried (bait & switch tactic) was told they would give the same price on similar car. Waited 45 minutes they reduced price $495. One car was $26900 the other car same year with 4000 less miles was $30900 next day checked their website they reduced same car $1000. THEY R CROOKS. Car needed a new rim and rear hatch window. They give a bad name to all the used car dealers. They are nothing but scavengers. More
