Really impressed and would buy again I have only bought pre-owned cars from dealers in the past. Seeking a 2018 Lincoln Navigator brought me to 21rst Century Auto. They had a great selection of new cars that I have to admit distracted me. All high end dnd in great shape. The team of Tim and Justice were great to work with. Not pushy, worked on price, and financing. Let my wife and I take it out and send get to know it. We realized there was only one FOB. They worked with prior owner to get it. Best part is we got a higher end vehicle at a lower price than any dealer offered. Given it was not a dealer the team did not have all the detail feature knowledge. But I can firesake that for a couple grand. I will definitely visit them for future purchases. More

If there was something he didnt know, he fiund oit quickly. Thats were Iscar came in handy, on a not too busy afternoon. To be honest, this was as smoith a transaction as Ive had in a car dealership. From Dan, to Oscar, and to the friendly Angela in finance, all went well and smooth. Accept for the amount of time to get the final paperwork done. Otherwise, this would have easily had been 5 starz.
