He was a powerhouse of vehicle information and industry knowledge. He even gave me his personal contact information and made himself available on his day off for a host of my irritating questions. TERRIBLE!!!!! Everything I said before is no longer valid. I've never had a worst experience ever. Let's start with I came in to see a vehicle that I had set up an appointment for and called prior to going to make sure it was there. After driving over an hour to get to the dealership I ask to see the car for my appointment and they sat me with a sales guy. It took him over 20 mins to get to us to tell us he would show us what vehicles he had. I asked if I could see the car that I came to see to which he told me they had to send it back due to failures but he would show me these other cars that he had that were the same year make and model but where 10K more than the one I came to see. After negotiating and waiting over an hour I finally settled on one car to which I shook the managers hand on a price per month. After an additional 2 hours of waiting and signing paperwork when I got into the finance office the lady told me my monthly payment would be XXX which was $50 higher than I was told. I told her I wasn't paying that because I shook on a price with the manager and I would not have agreed to buy the car if that was the case. She got it within $2 of my original promised payment and told me that was the best she could do. After being there for 4 hours I drove off with a 2018 car with 27K, told the full warranty was in tack. As soon as I got home I set up an appointment with the manufacturer dealership to have the car inspected to make sure that it was in good shape. After bringing it to the dealership they tell me that the maintenance program on the car is no longer valid even though 21st century told me it was good. Fine, let's move on. I leave the car with them to tell them it had a creaking noise in the front. I get a call 2 hours later telling me the car is UNDRIVEABLE. There is severe damage to the front end of the car and it will cost $7,500 to fix. This car is essentially 1 year old and was sold to me under the pretense that it was in working shape and everything was inspected. Well that was a complete and total LIE! I'm so beside myself. How can a dealership do this? I will be calling them today to find out what they can do for me but my feeling is it's not going to go well and I will have to be consulting a lawyer under the lemon law for NJ. My advice.... STAY AWAY. I wish I would have read the reviews on the dealership prior to going. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! More
Better prices then every where else. I dealt with Gary and he was great, He actually cared about me being happy with my purchase rather then getting me into someth then every where else. Best Customer Experience As soon as I walked into 21 Century Auto Group, I felt like I was home. I was greeted by my sales person Danny, who did not rush me or ask a ton of q As soon as I walked into 21 Century Auto Group, I felt like I was home. I was greeted by my sales person Danny, who did not rush me or ask a ton of questions, he just offered me a beverage and gave me free run of the entire place and believe me they have a lot of toys. I have just come from 2 Jaguar dealerships looking at cars. I found myself looking at a Audi A8, Maserati Quattroporte and Jaguar XJ L . There aren’t many places that have all three cars to compare, so I was very happy. So I decided on the Jaguar XJ L, let me say most places frown on you going on line and comparing prices, but they challenge you to find a cheaper cleaner car. They were able to get me qualified for a loan, detail the car and out the door in an hour. Now I have to say after going to 2 Jaguar dealerships, Danny new more about the car then they did, he was able to answer all my questions with no issue. After purchasing the car you would think that is where my story ends but it was just the beginning, Danny told me that I have 2 months left on the original Jaguar warranty and if it was his car he would bring it there and have everything checked out from head to toe, so I did. Jaguar came back with a report saying that my brakes and rotors need to be changed, so I called Danny back and he introduced me to his manager Oscar. Let me tell you something about Oscar he is the most stand up person I ever met. Not only did he change my brakes and rotors, he gave me a free oil change and new windshield wipers. Just so you know an oil change on a Jaguar cost 150 and windshield wipers cost 50, I don’t even want to tell you how much the brakes and rotors are. Oscar also apologized to me, saying they should have seen that the rotors where bad and changed them, but let’s be honest I looked at the car and I felt they were good I feel Jaguar was just trying to make a buck. After this experience I felt I should get a warrantee on the car, so I did what anyone would do. I checked on consumer reports and googled the top 5 companies and received quotes. After getting all my ducks in a row I decided to call back Oscar and see what they had to offer. Oscar then introduced me to his wife Karina; she invited me back to the store brining all my quotes. She went thru all of them showing how to read the contract and pointed out all the issues. Not only did she give me a better price on the warranty, she was able to give me a 0 deductible and also called the 2 jaguar dealerships close to where I live and prove to me that they accept the warranty, no other company did that for me. She was more than a thousand dollar cheaper than all the other companies. I have to say it is truly a great place to buy a car, they handle every detail needed. I will be purchasing my vehicles from them. More
