Classic bait and switch, they don't have the cars they advertise online. The prices advertised are not honored, specially if you are buying cash. Also you call and the people that respond are not even in advertise online. The prices advertised are not honored, specially if you are buying cash. So the time spend with the "sales rep" on the phone means nothing. BE HONEST AND STRAIGHT WITH THE CUSTOMERS. You will get more customers that way, 21 century auto group is one of the reasons why used car dealers have the reputation they have.
