First of all we searched (3) states to find the make, model and color we were looking for and only 21st Centrury Auto Group had it in stock and not just one but (3) to chose from. We especially appreciated Jorge because we are a bilingual couple and Jorge made sure we were both informed in detail. The Jorge and the finance department helped us leave the same day back to NY with the car we wanted! The team even figured out temporary insurance for us as it was a holiday weekend.
