I had to find a website that I could tell the world how happy I am.I just got a car for my 21st birthday. After months and months of searching I found exactly my dream car online with a price I could not be happy I am.I just got a car for my 21st birthday. After months and months of searching I found exactly my dream car online with a price I could not believe,I had to travel a bit to Springfield New Jersey, but let me tell you it was worth it.I called on the phone and both the secretary Stefani and the salesman Andy told me that my car was available,I told them I would be there on Saturday.I arrived and saw my dream car on the floor,it was immediatley taken off the floor for a test drive, once completed the deal was a smooth as can be. I got the exact price that the car was advertised for and left even buying an extended warranty for my car.If you are in the market for a car check out 21st century they are the best in the business,Thank you all for everything.Lona from Trenton New Jersey. To buy a car of your dream you shop around and decide after you really like it. In this dealership I met worst sales people who are not only rude but wont hesitate to insult you if you are buying the ca after you really like it. In this dealership I met worst sales people who are not only rude but wont hesitate to insult you if you are buying the car same day. It was by far the worst customer service I have got in car buying. PLEASE AVOID GOING TO THEM. SAVE TIME AND EMBARRASEMENT. More
BEWARE SCAMMERS i have the funniest story you will BEWARE SCAMMERS i have the funniest story you will probably ever hear about this place. This place is so bad i don't even recommend my enemies to g BEWARE SCAMMERS i have the funniest story you will probably ever hear about this place. This place is so bad i don't even recommend my enemies to go here, so here it is. i went into to this place looking for a bmw 5 series listed on their website for under 20k. which was great price for the milage, guy on phone said he had it. when i showed up they pointed at some random guy walking out and they said he just bought it which was complete bs. so the rep said i will show you some cars, i requested that he show me online so i don't have to walk around in the cold in 14 degree weather but he instead. so we started walking around the lot it was f-ing freezing. started showing me similair cars and when i asked what the price was he wouldn't tell me he said we will work it out on paper. ok no problem, so we went inside, he choose a very similar bmw just a different color milage almost exactly the same. made us fill out forms came back with approval, wouldn't tell us what the limit was the we qualified for. so he took out a paper and started doing the math only he started from 28k instead of 20k which i wanted the vehicle to be because it was advertiesed that way. so i quickly took out my phone looked online on their website and seen the same car for 19k. i was like wtf so i showed him. he said that was our online price and he said he was obligated to use that price if i asked. so he started with that price..... o also before i continue let me mention around this time a huge fight broke out at the dealship between the mangers. turns out the managers have their own sales people working under them. so what happened was 2 managers started beefing with each other and they went outside and started slugging it out. And guess what they were arguing about OUR COMMISSION. the craziest sh#t i have seen cops came and everything it was wild.... so back to the numbers. so he finaly started with 19k and then the fees. $2500 internet fee, since we found the deal we are obligated to pay a fee, why don't right. next about #1000 dealer prep fee. And another $700 to guarantee that i pass my inspection, without this fee if my vehicle doesn't pass inspection lets say because of bad tires, they will not provide me new tires to pass inspection. also if i don't want to pay this fee when i get inspection done it voids my great warranty which is two months 2k miles. what an insane deal i just gatta have it. not to mention other bogus fees which brings my car back to 28k and then my tax which was actually counted 2 times. before all the fees and after all the fees. these people really don't know how to add. After all that they were doing the monthly calculations and getting some crazy monthly payments close to $800 when i was doing them came out to about half even less. so these people are the BIGGEST SCAMMERS IN THE WORLD. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM NOMATTER WHAT I ALMOST PAID CLOSE TO 30K FOR A BMW THAT WAS PROBABLY AROUND 18k worth. More
I knew it I knew it I knew it!!!! It's not even about I knew it I knew it I knew it!!!! It's not even about their pricing being too good to be true, it's just ridiculous. Which dealership in the world w I knew it I knew it I knew it!!!! It's not even about their pricing being too good to be true, it's just ridiculous. Which dealership in the world would sell cars at the prices that 21st Auto Group advertises for. They swore on the phone that those prices are 100%. The most thick skinned, crooked sales people were hired to work in this place. They only want to rob you & nothing else, they dont even look like the kind of place to ever offer a good deal. The Owner is in the Russian Mob, loaded with $$ and that's the only reason they have this celebrity friend. The whole showroom was filled with gorgeous cars and ridiculous nonsense. My closing went like this: I have a 768 FICO, they presented me with subprime financing because I am "OVER DEBT" hahah.. a Joke, My Interest Rate was 12.59%. I was charged a $2,995.00 Dealer Royalty Fee, and HAD to buy a warranty for $3,495.00. On top of that they said there was an acquisition fee of $795.00 In reality the actual acquisition fee was $95.00 and that was because it was a subprime bank. The F&I, Sales Manager, Sales Person, all looking out for WHALES. OF course I did not buy, I went back to NY, and purchased from Auto Expo Ent., so you SOB's @ 21st Century Auto Crooks can eat SH*T. OH AND PS TO THE PUBLIC- Every single customer in 21st Century Auto Group was unhappy that day to a point where some guy even called the POLICE department because they Owner told him to get lost before he makes sure the customer is lost forever. I heard it, My kids heard it, All the other customers heard it, and it was a mess. Some other guy said he was there to return the car because his contract had an amount $11,000 over what was promised and he never recieved a contract! Try to actually do business, not theft, and you might get a remarkable outcome. It could be nice. Have a lovely one. Yeleni More
I drove all the way from Brentwood, Long Island to this place in New Jersey. I had spoke n to the sales rep(Pedro Melo) about the car and they had told me they are holding the car till I get there. Apparen place in New Jersey. I had spoke n to the sales rep(Pedro Melo) about the car and they had told me they are holding the car till I get there. Apparently they had put a Sold sign on the Car. When I got their they told me the car was sold this morning to a guy who paid Cash and paid $2000.00 more than the car was listed for. Seriously what idiot would do that. Then they tell me that there are more cars like the one I looked at but for a little bit more money. So I pick out a different Mercedes Benz E350 and when we sat down to do the numbers. They tell me that I have to finance through them for atleast 1 year at the interest rate of 16% to get that price listed. Or I can finance through my own bank but the price of the car would go up by $2500( the money they would lose by me not financing through them). Biggest Crooks out there. They are only trying to get people to their dealership through false advertising. Please do yourself a favor and go to others. This is by far the most dis-respectful dealership I have been to. More
