Just like the character "Worm" from Rounders, these guys have all the angles, all the answers, and they really are professionals... Where should I start? First, I should preface this by stating these guys have all the angles, all the answers, and they really are professionals... Where should I start? First, I should preface this by stating that after doing my homework, emailing with the sales manager, and asking for a client reference, I got wise and did not actually buy a car from them. However this is how the game works... first, they will suck you in with a low-price luxury car ad on Cars.com, etc. When you call, they tell you what you want to hear... the car is flawless, low-mileage, a one-owner local dealer trade, grandma drove it, etc., etc. This is what grifters call the "Hook". Excited, you race down there asap, but when you get there whichever car you are looking for, and you could have a list of five, they all miraculously "just sold". Now comes the "Bait & Switch"... Your car is gone, but maybe you'd like this other one, and it will always be bigger/better/faster, and of course more $$$$. But your endorphins are pumping, and you have to have that car, especially when the salesman tells you that he can get you a special deal on it... "Let's go crunch some numbers" he says. Now comes the "Ripoff"... That car, at that price, requires that you finance it with them. Don't try to pay cash, or finance through your own bank, because that bumps the price another $2500. And even if you have 25% down and 740+ credit, the rate is going to be 15%. But since most people have no common sense, and no self-control, they see a car, they have to have it, and as long as the payment is within reason, they will never read the fine print... $3000 down and $300/month for a 2004 BMW, where do I sign? Guess what, that $12,000 BMW just cost you $25,000 over 72 months, with no warranty, unless of course you want to throw another $2500 down for a policy that isn't worth the paper it is printed on. 3 important lessons I hope you take away from this... One: Do your homework before you get to the candy store... If the BBB has them rated an F, if they have 49 complaints listed at ripoffreport.com, and they can't give you a single verifiable client testimonial, there is probably a good reason for it! Two: Read the fine print, and don't let a salesman stroke your ego, intimidate you, or otherwise use emotion to get you signed. Think about whether that 5 yr old Audi with 90K miles is still going to lool like a good deal when you are still making payments in five years? Three: Have a mechanic of your own choosing inspect the car before you buy it, regardless if you are paying cash, or financing. Extended warranties are garbage unless they come from the factory, and these dealers often reset the warning lights, or do other tricks to hide major mechanical issues. You know you spent every dollar you have buying more car than you can afford, so how pised are you going to be when it needs a $3500 transmission 45 days after you buy it? Good luck! More

I was on the market for a bigger family vehicle but for a good price. It was between the Escalade, GL450 and QX56, all because of the third row seating and room. I found this dealership in my area that actua good price. It was between the Escalade, GL450 and QX56, all because of the third row seating and room. I found this dealership in my area that actually carried all of these vehicles. My sales person was not hesitant at all to show me the difference between the vehicles while my kids ran around the showroom looking at the aquariums. I was not intrigued by the Escalade only because it was an American car, so we narrowed it down to the GL and QX. We got a great deal with no haggle. The QX is a beautiful car but was a bit over my budget so I went with the GL. Thanks to the sales person for taking me over each vehicle and prices I got a great deal. Although I did purchase a used vehicle it was less hassle, haggle and cheaper than a name brand dealer. Thank You 21st Century. More
