Buyers beware!!! This is the worst car dealership. They are scammers. "bait and switch", false advertising, fake repairs, no documentation for any of your visits, tax fraud, warranty fraud. They advertise cars for low price, on the phone they claim car is available, I came there and it's gone. I was be offered much more expensive car. I was offered different car for the test drive due to "my" car being detailed. But car was not detailed or certified by mechanic, it had few parts missing. I was told to come next day to pick them up due to warehouse being closed. Never got anything from them. Car got Check Engine light on half way home, started to shake and fishtail. It failed inspection. After numerous visits I had to start lawsuit to force them to fix the car. It took dealership 70 days (out of 145) to make it pass inspection but riding quality was never fixed. Car was destroying tires after 2K-5K of driving. It vibrates badly on speed over 40mph. Car had clean carfax but this dealership has few "inhouse" mechanics and body shops and regularly replaces parts from cars on the floor to cars of the complaining customers. It was done to my car 4 times before I started lawsuit. To keep price low I was offered financing. Because they said it will take few days they offered for me to get the car, leave downpayment and trade-in and come back to sign financing papers. With 70% down my interest rate was 23%. When I refused the deal I was told it was too late, my car was already sold (between friday night and monday eve) and they do not return money. I bough the car under warranty and also bough premiun extended warranty with $0 down that covered everything. After 2 months i got rejection letter from warranty company and had to fight for months to get any replacement. They refused to return my money and best I got was basic warranty with $200 down. Car is terrible, according to mechanic it has frame damage. Dealership refuse to fix it. They offered to replace the car but it's been months and they are "out of stock" on the car we agreed on. Car is so bad that I had to buy another car for my daily driving needs. If you think I'm the only one read ripoffreview.com. Some stories are worse then mine. Customer service after you buy the car is rude, pushy and dismissive. You can complain but it would never be fixed. If you been wronged by them only advice - get a lawyer. Terrible experience!!! More
I was looking for a used CLS500 and I saw that 21st Century had a wide selection of vehicle other than the CLS. I called the dealership and spoke to a sales person. I seems that one side really love the dealership and the other really hate the dealership. Why not take a chance, fortune enough for me I live about 40 mins away so the sacrifice was not to bad. I got to the dealership, I was greeted by management and he sat me down with a salesperson, Unfortunately, I did not remember the person I spoke to (SORRY). We went over numbers and a test drive but there was something about the car that I didn't like. Don't get me wrong everything was great but everyone has black. The sales person show me different vehicles until we came across the silver CLS. OH YES that is my car. Although I did spend a bit more money, I rather spend it on something I like rather than throwing it away on settling with any car. Numbers worked out and within 2 hours I was on my way towards a great weekend!!! The only problem I had with the car was low tire pressure light. I took the vehicle back on Monday and come to find out the vehicle it was a nail in the tire. They offered to fix it for free but I paid for it. I' am leaving this review because its not fair that just anyone can leave a bad review and someone who is genuinely enjoying the car will not waste there time writing any type of review. Obviously they are enjoying their car. More

All cars that we have in a family are new. We were buying an older, used car for our son. Mike was very helpful from the time we walked in to the time my son tested his Nisssan off the lot. Ms.Nelly also gave us follow up call's and Letter's that really showed he really cared about the transaction... I would definitely recommend Nelly and 21st Century to all my friend's and family. More
I Went to this dealership last week, and could not be more pleased with the service here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the staff and introduced to David, the salesman, who helped me to p more pleased with the service here. Shopping for a used car is time consuming. Going in and out of dealerships and haggling price is what everyone encounters. I used cars.com for shopping for my next vehicle. Most name brand dealers are very high in price compared to non franchise dealers. I made a stop at 21st Century Auto Group and it was my final stop just as female who answered the phone said. I meet with a sales person by the name of Patel and he was great. Although I was on the market for a 5 series we settled on an amazing deal for a 7 series(t14336), which I thought I could not afford but he made sense of the overall purchase. The only flaw with the vehicle was 2 of the front tires but I set up my appointment for today and I was out before lunch. I highly recommend this dealership. I got a great payment on this vehicle but I felt bad because we took up most of the his day. But I also purchased a vehicle for my daughter, which was a 3-series(119858), she wanted their C-Class but we made out better with the BMW and she loves it. That being said, if you are on the market for a luxury vehicle for a great price, no less haggling with the price and great service, give 21st Century Auto Group the first shot and it may be your last stop. More
No one can believe the deal I got. I was actually ready to pay more for my BMW after doing a lot of research regarding the car's value. I got the exact car I wanted with very low mileage.
