I went to the store on the recommendation of a friend. I expected good service, but I got great service. The employees that I worked with knew how to compromise, and I was able to get through the entire pro expected good service, but I got great service. When I realized how great it was, I was afraid that the service was going to be at unbelievable prices, but they weren't. The prices, in comparison to the service, is a bargain. I have my new BMW, and it was extremely easy to do so. I recommend this place to everyone. More
i had a very bad experience with this dealership, anyway the short version of my story is they scammed me for $2000, and now(2/21/2012) i am still at the processing of trying to get my money back. the de the short version of my story is they scammed me for $2000, and now(2/21/2012) i am still at the processing of trying to get my money back. the detail is: at the dealership, i was being agreed on a sale price of $17000 on a X5 bmw, but it turned out to be $19080, i looked at the sales receipt, it has online posting fees($800 something), rep fee, $250 of tag.... base on the condition of the SAV, i agreed the amount of $19000(yes, $80 less), with Philadelphia sales tax and warranty, total sale becomes about $22000. so i signed the sales receipt, paid $5000 deposit and wait to process my contract. at the time he(the manager from finance office, his name is "vories"?, seems like a Russian guy) process the contract, he process one contract talked to me about all these #s then he said something was wrong, so he process another one. at the end he told me the bank is closed today, he asked me to sign for now then he will send me the contract with added on sales tax and warranty on Monday. therefore i didnt have any copy of these documents at the same day i walked out the door with the vehicle, which i shouldnt, and shouldnt trust this dealer. after all, i never receive anything documents from this dealer, i received a bill from wellsfargo(the banker), with loan amount of $19000. which makes this whole sale a $2000 more than what i expected. i contact the dealer and ask why they charged me $2000 more, at first he was mumbling and trying to make up numbers, or saying he has a hard time hearing me on the phone. so i ask them to send me the documents, he only sent me a contract, with added sales tax, warranty, another tag fee, and the price of vehicle changed to $20080. he didnt send me the sales receipt. i brought this onto the BBB complain, he still didnt send me all the documents and keep saying he has nothing to hide. as right now i dont know what else i can do beside putting complains thru BBB. should i get a lawyer or not, anyone has a suggestion? please contact me by emailing to my gmail, j.samlu09 at gmail.com. and for anyone still want to buy cars from this dealer, please be very careful, from step in and step out the dealership. I finally got the vehicle I wanted thanks to 21st Century Auto Group. They have a beautiful showroom, beautiful cars and a wonderful staff. NOT TO MENTION AMAZING DEALS!!!!. I had my beautiful Black Land Rov Auto Group. They have a beautiful showroom, beautiful cars and a wonderful staff. NOT TO MENTION AMAZING DEALS!!!!. I had my beautiful Black Land Rover for a week and I love it. They beat the competition by far and got me approved in minutes. My advice to all, SHOP THEIR COMPETITION, then they will beat any deal you have. I've already recommended to my family and my brother made his purchase yesterday. You cannot lose with this dealer!!!! I called to see if the car I saw online at a low price was still available. Drove 2.5 hours to find the car had been sold, but the same car was available at a higher price. Was told I had a warranty on the car, which I had in writing, when a normal wear and tear item broke within the terms of the warranty they refused to fix it. I would never deal with this place again, they operate a very shady business! More
It was a friendly environment from the time that I walked into the dealership. I had all ready knew which car I was looking for and the alternates if I could not get the financing that I needed. Don't just judge this place by someone's review... I got a great price and very good service! I called a few days ago about BMW 750 a couple of days ago. From the moment I walked in to the 21st Century Auto Group showroom I was greeted with enthusiasm and professionalism. It was a great experience and within an hour I made a decision to purchase a vehicle and have been very happy with the decision to buy my first Audi, and certainly not my last, from a dealership that treats its customers with professionalism, care and courtesy. We will most likely purchase our next car from 21st Century Auto Group and will certainly recommend the dealership to anyone interest in buying a car. More

Buyers beware!!! This is the worst car dealership. They are scammers. "bait and switch", false advertising, fake repairs, no documentation for any of your visits, tax fraud, warranty fraud. They advertise cars for low price, on the phone they claim car is available, I came there and it's gone. I was be offered much more expensive car. I was offered different car for the test drive due to "my" car being detailed. But car was not detailed or certified by mechanic, it had few parts missing. I was told to come next day to pick them up due to warehouse being closed. Never got anything from them. Car got Check Engine light on half way home, started to shake and fishtail. It failed inspection. After numerous visits I had to start lawsuit to force them to fix the car. It took dealership 70 days (out of 145) to make it pass inspection but riding quality was never fixed. Car was destroying tires after 2K-5K of driving. It vibrates badly on speed over 40mph. Car had clean carfax but this dealership has few "inhouse" mechanics and body shops and regularly replaces parts from cars on the floor to cars of the complaining customers. It was done to my car 4 times before I started lawsuit. To keep price low I was offered financing. Because they said it will take few days they offered for me to get the car, leave downpayment and trade-in and come back to sign financing papers. With 70% down my interest rate was 23%. When I refused the deal I was told it was too late, my car was already sold (between friday night and monday eve) and they do not return money. I bough the car under warranty and also bough premiun extended warranty with $0 down that covered everything. After 2 months i got rejection letter from warranty company and had to fight for months to get any replacement. They refused to return my money and best I got was basic warranty with $200 down. Car is terrible, according to mechanic it has frame damage. Dealership refuse to fix it. They offered to replace the car but it's been months and they are "out of stock" on the car we agreed on. Car is so bad that I had to buy another car for my daily driving needs. If you think I'm the only one read ripoffreview.com. Some stories are worse then mine. Customer service after you buy the car is rude, pushy and dismissive. You can complain but it would never be fixed. If you been wronged by them only advice - get a lawyer. Terrible experience!!! More
